So I read somewhere that Battler and Beato got married? Is this
true?

Yep, but they got married before Beatrice got killed by Erika
(FireStorm is not amused), i think. Obviously I haven't gotten
that far yet, but once i finish/start reading Chapters 3 and 4,
I'll see them marry :D

Um no, they get married after Beato has died and revived. Beato
crashes wedding and Erika dies though so it's all good.
Wait, since when did Erika ever get to kill Beato? Erika only
got to deny pieceBeato in ep5, not her meta self. Battler's the
one who killed Beato. And then revived her.

Well no he did not kill her, she lose her will to fight Batttler
and become a living doll well it's more of her being deny by
both Battler in ep4 & Erika in ep5.

Ep4 Battler destroyed metaBeato's will to fight and exposed her
heart. Ep5 Erika only denied pieceBeato's existence. Battler
already did that in ep4 which was why Beatrice finally exposed
her heart as her last line of defense against Battler denying
the existence that is Beatrice (Battler is all alone on island
yet will be killed by heart of Beatrice, Beatrice asks Battler
"Who am I?").
To me, Erika was just being the crazy little intellectual rapist
and setting Natsuhi up as the culprit in ep5. Rather than
identifying the true culprit or exposing Beatrice's heart, Erika
seemed like she just wanted a culprit. Anybody would do so long
as it fit the evidence that she had. That's my opinion at least.
So Beato finally gave up and faded away when she saw that
Battler couldn't come up with anything to clear Natsuhi's name
and identify the real culprit/Beatrice.
But then stupid Battler figured everything out and came back to
life.
Stupid Battler killing my favourite cackling trollish witch :/

Well you can download seakitty ep4 and 7 on the witchhunt
website now so you don't need to watch videos or do bothersome
importing of the sound novels. Saves a lot of time and money on
shipping.
You might want to wait for ep8 to come out instead though. Save
yourself an episode's worth of money by not having to buy ep7
that way. If you're patient enough hehe
I played up to ep7. Ep6 and 7 actually feel sort of stale when I
think back about it after having read them. Ep5 was like the
climax of seakitty for me.

I so felt sorry for Battler. I was cringing while I was reading.
When they described the marriage, I was like 'what the hell' all
around!
List of things to freak out about:
1) First and foremost, Battler was being married to ERIKA of all
people! The sadistic, superior-complexed piece!
2) Second, who the hell invited the goats to wedding? I mean I'd
be looking like, 'is this a wedding or a farm'?
3) Third, Erika being happy. That alone is evil. It's like Seto
Kaiba. When he smiles a thousand puppies die. And in Battler's
case it's being in agony and her telling him to submit.
Seriously, I think she needs therapy.
4) Fourth, and probably the final. That foresaken RING!!! Can
that even be called a ring? I think it's a halo-shaped
iron-maiden! I felt myself holding onto my ring finger as I was
reading. What the hell is wrong with Erika and her master?! They
are nuts! After taht whole ordeal, if I were Battler, I'd put
that stupid ring around Bernkastel's neck!!!
