Dinner for Two: First Night Closed Room
By: Kirei Ryuusei Date: June 4, 2012, 1:26 am
---------------------------------------------------------
Scenario
In the main house of the mansion, five people have gone missing.
These persons are Krauss, Natsuhi, Kyrie, Shannon, and
Hideyoshi. Everyone spends the morning looking for them. A
strange odor leads them to Kinzo's room. Rudolf and Eva bang on
the door, demanding for their father to open the door. When
there is no response, Genji opens the door with his key. Inside
are Krauss and Natsuhi with their stomach burst open and more
guts than average in them. They are seated at a table. Before
them is a tray with meat on it and bones on the floor.
Questions to be Answered
--Whodunnit: (There are a multitude of answers for this)
--Howdunnit: (How were all the victims killed? Where are their
bodies? How did the killer leave the room?)
Optional: Whydunnit (fairly simple and straight-forward)
Given Truths
Krauss, Natsuhi, Kyrie, Shannon, Hideyoshi, and Kinzo are all
dead
All of the aforementioned were killed within the room
In this layout of Kinzo's room, there are no hidden doors or
rooms
The closed room was broken when Genji opened the door
The killer entered and exited through the door
Genji and Kinzo were the only ones that had keys to Kinzo's room
Feel free to take a crack at it. I left it ambiguous on purpose,
so that there's wiggle room for deductions as well as small
bombs theories. You may also combat this with both Knox and Van
Dine if you wish.

I'm going to give this a shoot without Knox and Van Dine.
[Move]Jessica did it! She simply knocked on the door and was let
in. She could have used a shotgun to kill all the adults and
then proceeded to destroy they're bodies with several different
weapons. The bodies of Kyrie, Shannon, and Hideyoshi are
obviously on the tray and floor, but they were destroyed to the
point where its too hard to tell now. Afterwards Jessica simply
walked out of the room before anyone noticed her. She did it so
Kanon and her could get married without anyone getting in the
way.[/move] (Ain't love crazy like that? O.o)

She couldn't have killed all six by herself. So howdunnit is
rejected.

As have said in the previous truth, I can give evidence for it!
[move]Before commiting that crime, Ushiromiya Jessica became the
miko of the Witch of Certatinty, Lady Lambdadelta. After she
became Lambda's miko, it isn't strange enough that she would
wish to have a normal life with Kanon. In addition, Lambda
created a closed room for her to be able to use against her
family that they see as a threat to her dreams, Rather stopping
the idea, Lady Beatrice helped instead to reach Jessica's dream.
So, the real culprit is not Jessica, but the two witches,
Lambdadelta and Beatrice! This is the truth of the Warlock of
Creation, Lord Adam! That's all....[/color][/move]
