The Eiserne Jungfrau and the SSVD
By: Kirei Ryuusei Date: March 22, 2011, 12:51 am

Okay, so this is a thread I started to get a better
understanding, and be able to talk about the organizations and
the people within them.
From what I understand, they are both agencies under the Great
Court of Heaven. Eiserne Jungfrau and SSVD both prosecute those
that commit heresy and follow a set of guidelines: Knox's
Decalogue and Van Dine's 20 Rules respecitvely. They have also
given us the greatest badxxxes of all time (sorry, fangirlism
slipped) but I want to know anyone's thoughts on what the
organizations and their possible creators were like and maybe
even motives to join or leave them.

My reason for joining would to become the next 'Wright' because
I love mystery.
My reason to leave would be the same as Will's.
I think the reason for SSVD be made was to kill and hunt witchs.

Has anyone considered what the founders of the each organization
would be like? I always thought of Ronald Knox being this guy
that very demanding from his daughter, Dlanor, and also being
this over-the-top and joking character since I read a little
about him and how he made a hoax about broadcasting that the
House of Parliament was destroyed and a governor minister was
lynched. There was a delay on newspapers, so everyone believed
it actually happened!
On the other hand...I see Van Dine being this 'snake-like'
character. He's ruthless like his organization and cunning
enough to trick the talented into it. I imagine him wearing a
cool facade very often with a smile of fake assurance. I haven't
found much that lends to what his personality was like but I do
know he would have an eye for details as the real Van Dine was
an art critic when he was alive. That and I think he might be a
bit arrogant as his mysteries, as far as I've heard, have the
detective--Philo Vance--sounds a bit superior as he explains the
entire mystery in the last bit of the book.
Any ideas on what Knox or Van Dine would be like?

Okay, this question has been bugging me for a while~! So...what
are people in these organizations? They're definitely not
witches but somehow I doubt they're exactly human...so are they
some special class?

Perhaps Angels, cause there are Witches and Sorcessor's and
Demons so why not angels??? Just a thought.

You know...that makes sense. I mean since they are from the
court of heaven it would make sense...So Will and Dlanor are
angels? Hm...
