Originally built as two car mix use DMU to be used across whole
network. Would be formed of up to six cars.
This arrangement didn't suit intercity services. They were
therefore reformed into three car units for intercity units with
some two car units kept for regional services. Two probably sent
to cowl line at this time.
The three car units got a full refurbishment and the two cars
only a refresh with new upholstery. The cowl units untouched.
Original livery probably simple white with green blue stripes.
When reformed the intercity units get new white livery and the
two car regional livery. Maybe also get own name, not sure.

Would be used on off-peak Intercity services.
I'm thinking that:
1 tph runs from H'ford to Y'rock via mkt. Weevil
1tph runs to St. Thomas Quay via mkt. Weevil
giving 2 tph, or one every half hour on the mkt. Weevil loop
And 1tph on the mainline
giving 2 tph, or one every half hour to Yellowrock.
Therfore primary trains would be
H'ford-Y'rock- Westmillennium, sometimes a six car Westhorizom
H'ford- STQ- Westhorizon, somtimes a 3 car Westmillenium
H'ford-Y'rock direct- Westspeed
Another variations is a Westmillenium splitting at STQ with the
3 car portion continuing on to Y'rock and the two car portion
going back to H'ford.
However without trying to create a working timetable not
practical to work out the exact runnings

Two car horizons also used to strengthen intercity services,
resulting in mismatch liveries
