Go ahead and post up your numbers going up in intensity from
1-10, 10 being the absolute worst, 1 being perfectly
stable/healthy on the mind/body/spirit levels.
If there is anything you would like specific work on in the
emotional range, post it up in this thread, along with any
observations/epiphanies that you would like to share.
We will be beginning at 11AM Pacific time sharp tomorrow, Sunday
7/15/18 (2PM Eastern time, 7PM London, UK time, 6AM Sydney, AUS
time). I will be broadcasting Full Spectrum Chi for 25 minutes.
Today, we are going to start playing around with the emotional
blockages and traumas that are stuck in the body/mind/spirit. 5
minutes before we begin, start by calming yourself with deep,
full belly breaths. At the appointed start time, we will all
tune into and play the Emotion Meditation found here.

The meditation is roughly 22 minutes long, not 44, it repeats
itself and I did not know how to fix it, so it is what it is :D
As we go through this group exercise, feel the excitement, the
connection, the joy that is being sparked through this exercise.
Use it to flush through the body, filling yourself with the
strongest levels of emotional resonance that you can.
Use the laughter/joy energy like you would use light/Golden
Frequency, and begin to "shine" outwards in a brilliant auric
field of energy around you, radiating laughter and excitement
like the sun radiates heat and light.
Once the meditation is finished, begin inhaling into your heart,
pulling as much light/movement/laughter energy as you can, and
on the exhale, shine outwards, recognizing that you are in a
massive group of people doing the same.
Spread out your light/joy, filling your environment with a field
of clean, pure energy, tapping into everyone doing the same.
Lift your vibration and awareness by using these extremely clean
surroundings, and share your field with them as they share with
you.
Lift each other higher and higher, straining to access those
esoteric levels of bliss and connection that many in the world
never have an opportunity to access. Connect in, and broadcast
it to the world.
Do not be ashamed or worried if you find yourself crying,
laughing, yawning, etc...
We are going to kick loose years worth of stuck emotional
resonance from general, as well as specific traumas.
Should be fun haha!

A unified world (as in true cooperation, communication and
peace) is antithesis to the 'deep state' and the controllers
(STS Elite factions) as it is the absolute opposite of their
agenda. They must have battle, war, enemies and division. They
have to distort the potential peace relations between Trump and
Putin and continue the illusion of the US and Russia being
enemies as this is their biggest 'Trump card' (scuse the pun)
and it is slowly being destroyed by the Trump administration.
Even Trump himself is beyond surprised at the media reaction to
his peace talks with other world leaders, especially Putin (this
is because his awareness of the Deep State does not extend to
the full STS agenda on multi dimensional levels). The most
critical aspect to this for those of you who are 'spiritual
warriors' if you will, is to know that Trump's goals for America
match the frequencies of the STO agenda and the ascension
timeline. Stay out of the drama and the duality/polarity game
but remain fully informed of third dimensional movements
(especially politically). Trump is striding firmly into the
creation of the 'New World' right now (the opposite of the new
world order) high energies of Atlantean and Lemurian New Year on
July 27th - re-opening the Sirius gateway August 8th, is
'shaking things up big time' here on 3D Earth. Magenta Pixie
