Joel is the name of several men in the Hebrew Bible:
The firstborn son of the prophet Samuel. According to 1
Samuel chapter 8, Joel and his brother Abijah were appointed by
Samuel to be judges in Beersheba, in the south of Israel, while
he continued to judge in Ramah. However, Joel and Abijah "walked
not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes,
and perverted judgment", prompting the Israelites to demand that
Samuel give them a king. Josephus says that "resigning his
office to his sons, he divided the people between them, and
placed them in Bethel and Beer-sheba", a statement which the
Cambridge Bible for Schools and Colleges suggests "is probably
       his own conjecture".[314]
An ancestor of Samuel (mentioned in 1 Chr 6:21).[315]
       A Simeonite prince (1 Chr 4:35).[315]
A Reubenite; father of Shemaiah (1 Chr 5:4–8).[315]
       A Gadite chief (1 Chr 5:12).[315]
       A chief of Issachar (1 Chr 7:3).[315]
One of David's mighty men, indicated as the brother of
       Nathan (1 Chr 11:38).[315]
A Gershonite, a prince in the time of David (Chronicles
       15:7; 23:8; 26:22).[315]
Son of Pedaiah; a Manassite chief in the time of David (1
       Chr 27:20).[315]
A Kohathite in the time of Hezekiah (2 Chr 29:12).[315]
One of those who married foreign wives (Ezra 10:43).[315]
Son of Zichri; a Benjamite overseer after the Exile
       (Nehemiah 11:9).[315]
I think here we clearly see what Jesus had done. Strange they
use the name Jesus or Jeshua. Since Jeshua is of the ninth
       tribe.
Here we see Jesus talks as if he is the judge.
Not a priest as Abia but more as Joel.
He became perverted. This could be very true.
