Welcome to the Dean Court home of AFC Bournemouth
AFC Bournemouth have had a good 1st half of the season sitting
in 2nd place in the Championship with just one defeat from 9
matches. The club are just 2pts behind leaders West Ham and
importantly in the promotion places, the club announced
yesterday they have appointed Dutch midfield maestro "Philip
Cocu" has their club manager.
The boss was a great player and now cutting it as a manager, and
many expect him to bring a passing style built around the
midfield to the club and could be exciting times ahead for the
Cherries fans....
Danny Ings and Bret Pitman have struck a good combination in
attack with 16 goals between them will give the new boss some
good attacking threat. Aaron Ramsey has been pulling the
strings in midfield and wih Dudka, Matt Ritchie and A Valencia
around him the team has a good midfield to work with for the
boss.
Glen Johnson and the Taylor's will always work hard and give
plenty in defense but this may be an area the boss will look to
tackle with 12 goals conceded in 9 league games. The club have
backed the boss with £241 million kitty to strengthen the squad
as he sees fit.

AFC Bournemouth resumed their season with a stunning 5-2 win in
London beating Crystal Palace. Kermogant and Ings in scoring
form with 2 goals each as the Cherries took a smash and grab to
take the points.
Not one of their better performances but the 3pts important to
stay on course for promotion, and with Danny Ings and Kermogant
in this form the Cherries should achieve their target.
The boss will no doubt be looking to add to his squad and
strengthen their promotion challenge with West Ham and
Manchester City hot their tails...

[center]Saturday night is crunch time at the Dean court as AFC
Bournemouth host Norwich City knowing a win will grant promotion
to the Premier League.
The club have been in different with their form1 win from 6
matches with 3 defeats now the players really need to stand up
and manager "Philip Cocu" has called on his players to show the
fans they mean business and get the 3pts.
Over recent weeks fans have been biting their nails and waiting
for the team to get the needed points to go up, but their form
has prolonged the anguish.
Now its up to the teams and fans to come together and mark a big
rise for the South Coast club to reach the Premier League for
the first time.[/center]

A nailbiting Wednesday night ahead for Bournemouth fans, players
and manager "Philip Cocu" as the club look to secure promotion
to the Barclays Premier League.
Key will be Danny Ings and Bret Pitman banging in the goals but
their supply line needs to be top class from Jesus Navas and
Charlie Daniels.
The hardwork through the season is now on the line, if the
Cherries lose and Manchester City & West Ham win they;ll miss
out on automatic promotion.
The boss has named an unchanged side from that which won
Saturday but we understand he has tweaked his tactics which he
sees a potential banana skin with Hull City not assured of
staying up yet.
