       Youth Set-Up News

       Season 10 will see return of the Youth Set-Up but in a new
       format as follows
       - U19s Academy League
       Players Under 19 only can play, clubs can enter the league but
       must have a Youth Academy minimum Level 4.
       - 20 - 23 year olds can play in the Premier Development League,
       clubs can enter the league but must have a Youth Academy minimum
       level 3.
