Jae Maddox was born at Blueberry General Hospital, Though
there was a war going on between Tierra Robada and San Andreas
at this time. His father Major Freeman was a proud member of Air
National Guard. At 19.06.1995 San Andreas had an unexpected air
strike at Fort Carson, Unfortunately Major Soprano was in the
Hospital which collapsed with him and all the other soldiers.
But the National Guard remembers him as one of the bravest
soldiers. The president of the San Andreas wanted that, the two
nations would live in peace, so that's what happened. At
23.08.1995 both nations signed a contract for 15 years of peace.
Young Jae, was never told that his father has died under the
collapsed building. His mother told Jae that his father is
somewhere working, for us to get the food on the table. When Jae
got to age of 12, he decided to go search for his father. He
took his father's old bike and went towards Fort Carson, He
ended up in DeMorgan where he was told that his father has died
many years ago. It took many years for Jae to forgive and
understand why his mother didn't tell him. Jae had no friends,
so all he did was reading those books and studying. When Jae
got to age of 15 He joined the High School and worked his way up
to university, Where he went to study History and Medicine. At
University he met many beautiful women, he also got many new
friends. One year later he got married to Kette Navy. They had a
big party and a hell of a long wedding night. About Jae’s
Mother, She had forgiven herself for not telling truth about
Jae’s father so he decided to move on with her life, she found
somebody to spend his life with, one day his mother called Jae
to her house, She said it's a suprise, when Jae got there, he
saw her mother making out with some 'dude'. His mother saw him,
and told him who he is what what does he do, "Nick, he is the
Chief of Fire Department San Andreas. They had a dinner and Jae
went back to his apartment, next few months Jae tried to contact
with his mother, but he was always busy, doing something with
Nick. Well, Jae wasn't so happy about it because his mother
didn't have time for her son anymore. When Jae had graduated
the University, he sent an application to the Medical
Department, They looked over his application, and they were glad
to Accept Jae Medical Department because of previous
experiences. Nick didn't know that he got into Medical
Department at the first place, but when he found out through
Jae's mother, he wasn't so glad about it. Jae saved many lives,
did long shifts but he never got promoted, until the new chief
was chosen. Erick Chavez, who had seen how much effort does Jae
put into his work, so he got promoted in few months, He worked
his way up to Captain, the head of Training and Recruitment. He
was no longer saving people lives. Now he was teaching the new
applicants how to work and how to act in specific situations. He
was also appointed to look over the applications. Meanwhile, Jae
and his wife Kette had rough times. Kette wasn't happy about Jae
doing that long shifts, they didn't have much time to spend with
each other. Jae and Kette met through Jae's collage friends,
Brian, Ingvar, Edgar and one of his best friend Jack Clane.
Kette and Jae had very romantic moments in the beginning of
their relationship. Before Jae joined the Medical Department,
he had much more time for Kette, they used to ride together over
all San Andreas and do many romantic things together. After Jae
had joined the Medical Department, he just didn't have time for
Kette. So she started hanging around with Jae's friends without
Jae knowing anything about it. Kette and Jack got very close.
Once when Jae got back home earlier, he had planned a romantic
dinner for him and Kette, So he went after Kette to surprise
her, he saw Jack and Kette making up together. Jae ran away,
and didn't come back many days, People from the Medical
Department called Kette to find out where Jae is, but Kette had
no idea, though she now realised why Jae has ran away. After one
week, Jae got back and he acted like he doesn't know anything,
then Jack told him that these bastards Brian and Ingvar had
raped Kette. Though Jack had no idea that Jae saw Kette and him
making up. Jae called everybody together and told them what he
knows. Jae was very disappointed. They tried to explain things
but Jae didn't listen what they had to say and he just walked
away. He now knew that he doesn't have any real friends anymore.
Kette tried to contact with Jae, but he ignored her. Jae has
started hanging out with Erick Chavez, the Assistant Deputy
Chief of Medical Department. They became good friends. Jae has
decided to stop this, He had enough of Training the applicants,
since he though that, this wouldn't make his dad proud. Jae went
to the local Internet Bar, and started writing up an application
forLSPD. He got accepted very fast, since had many
recommendations from the members of Medical Department. Jae
didn't have to wait the Cadet time, He was trusted and he was
promoted to Officer in few days. Jae’s shifts were now a little
shorter, and he had time to read books and study once again. One
night, he was thinking about, what would make his dad proud? Jae
spoke to the chief of Los Santos Police Department. He told him
the whole story, they became good friends. One day. Jae said
that he wants become a Soldier. Jae left the LSPD, with big
amount of recommendations and.. went to University once again to
learn everything about the National Guard and the Army itself.
This took him over three years, and the bills and the school
cost a lot. He got money from his mother, who had won a lottery
few years ago. One day Jae’s mother called him and said that
she doesn't have much more money left. Jae listened to his
mother without saying anything. he hung up the phone and took
his Glendale to the Millitary base to meet General Rock, On his
way there, one of the privates had opened fire on Jae Soprano,
Since he though he was one of the terrorists that's trying to
blow up their base. Jae had a lot of experiences and he knew how
to disarm the enemy thanks to the books that he had read, so
that's what he did. Jae succeeded to remove the firearms from
the soldier and he was about to explain him why he was there but
suddenly he saw a humvee and two Tanks driving towards him. Jae
quickly raised his hands up. General Rock stepped out of the
Humvee, asked why was he there and Jae explained him. General
Rock said something on the radio and suddenly the Tanks were
leaving. General Rock took Jae to the local Bar, and spoke with
him about an hour. As General saw Jae's CV, he told him to
immediately send an application. They shook hands and left..
After a month, Jae received an email. He opened it, and read out
that he had been accepted to the National Guard. A Smile
appeared on Jae's face. Meanwhile, he had found himself a new
girlfriend, which he didn't tell anyone, since he was scared,
that they are going to steal her from him, like they did with
Kette. Her name was Melinda, very hot girl. A little younger
than Jae but they didn't care about it, after sometime when Jae
told Melinda that he had sent an application to NG a month ago..
And he got accepted. Melinda shaked her head, started packing
her stuff and left without saying anything. Jae was very
disappointed because everytime when he finds somebody, he loses
her. Jae called his mother and let her know about the National
Guard. She wasn't so happy about it, but she knew he couldn't do
anything about it, "It's the men honor" Jae said. Jae's mother
helped him to pack his stuff and they said good bye for the last
time. When Jae appeared at the base, he was welcomed by Major
Dave Rock who gave him a tour over all Base and the carrier.
When he was employed, he was asked which Division he would like
to join. Jae wanted to join the Air National Guard like his
father. Since lack of Air Trainers, it took him long time before
he got into Air National Guard.. As a private, had to listen
over high command orders all day, he had to wake up very early,
and he usually returned from missions late in the night. As
General Rock saw how hard private Soprano had worked, he
promoted him to Corporal, Jae had very rough times in the
National Guard. General Rock wasn't so fair with him at all in
the beginning. When he messed something, they yelled at him and
gave him a big punishment, though that's how they make a boy to
a man, was he thinking. After 5 months, Corporal Soprano got
promoted to Sergeant. As a sergeant he wasn't so low rank
anymore. He had now permission to do more than just follow high
command orders. Kevvu got a lot of friends from the National
Guard and he also lost some. Jack Clane, His old best friend
joined the National Guard as well, He wasn't doing so good since
he always had problems with fellow soldiers, and for some reason
nobody trusted him. He has been doing pretty fine, at least
that's what Jae thought. Time past, He got promoted to
Lieutenant, And a member of Training and Recruitment staff. He
worked over two years to get promoted. It was because, he didn't
know what he was doing wrong, and suddenly he got tip from
somebody, That they want to see more leadership skills, and
that's what he was going to do, he kept the units assigned all
the time, and acted like a high command should act. Few months
later he got promoted to Captain, and head of Training and
Recruitment. After a few months the National Guard had a new
general named Jake Mitsuko. Jae's relationship with him wasn't
the best and he didn't have much people in the National Guard
who he knew so he decided to leave. Jae joined the Federal
Bureau of Investigation about one week after he retired from the
National Guard. He worked hard and he became Special Agent of
the Field Operations Division with a few months. Jae felt that
his isn't what he really wanted and decided to retire from there
aswell, he has been a normal civilian to his point.
17.Why should we pick your application, instead of others? ((
75+ words )):I am very respectfull, i have great timing, stuff
like that,I think that i just deserve it, its that simple, it
took me about 3 day's to make the application to be reqruted,
and i just think i deserve this very simply.I love LSPD, it
sound's exciting very fun and i am the person for you guys i
will never bettray you guys.
18.What qualities do you bring to the force? (( 50+ words )): I
am a VERY good car driver so if enything happen's il be there to
see, i take order's seriously i think that being in the LSPD
takes lots of Strength, And Will, and Leadership over Los
Santos. I am very good with talking to people, i can change
people's mind's very easily.i am great for this job because i
can also shoot a pistol.

I, NAME HERE, know the server regulations and will procceed as
did before, and will not rulebreak, with any kind of intention
of giving the Los Santos Police Deparment a bad name, and that I
am aware of the fact that actions will be taken against me in
such cases, starting from a simple demotion to a permadenied
faction status, regarding my foolish actions.

Field Training Program Packet
Welcome aboard to the Los Santos Police Department, you are know
a Trainee which will undergo at least 5 Weeks of Field Training
or until you show you're ready take on such a job. This Police
Department is divided into Divisions or you can call them
Specialized Units such as Traffic Enforcement, Air Support Unit,
Street Crimes Unit, and Special Weapons and Tactics. You may
take part in any of these Specialized Units after completing
your Training. You are not allowed to Patrol under any
circumstance without your assigned Field Training Officer or you
will face Penalties, you are allowed to go on MPS Duty if given
permission by a Corporal or above. The Purpose of the Field
Training Program is to ensure you Trainees can actually be in
the Streets while learning how to do Police Work and understand
it while doing the job. Your Field Training Officer will tell
you what to do in certain situations and will at the end review
your actions and what you did correctly or what you did wrong
and explain the safer way of accomplishing whatever you were
doing specifically.[/center]
