Complaint against the person who ooc contract me

Date of Incident:13/3/2012
The rule(s) breaker:idk name
What did he/she did:Somebody keeps ooc contracting i had 3
contracts on me in two hours , wtf is that!
Is he/she in families/faction?:idk
Evidence (ScreenShots, Chatlog, Video):Server logs can show it
which i dont have ,ask komando to check it

I can confirm they have been all OOC contracts and stupid
reasons such as "bitch" "rammed me" and other useless shit.
I have done the contracts on her, so its admins decision if
something happens.

The last two contracts made on me are completely ooc because i
have name changed
plus most of the time i am driving my car around city without
talking to anybody
so how come they knew my name
evidence : some admins usually spec me and some leos spec me too

Keep in mind every time you make an advertisement via /ad, your
name is released publicly. This may be one possibility. I'll
look out for any more contracts on your name, and make sure to
look into them.

the 1st performed on me correctly and i can't complain about it
the 2nd one made after i changed my name , note : after changing
my name i didn't /ad or anything else
but the 2nd one was cancelled
the 3rd one Was completely ooc because of same reason of number

and The thing that the person who finished it
know that it was ooc contract but he performed it
You guys would have raged alot if you were me and you would /q
to avoid this shit
I was right when i asked for HM out of los santos because of
these ooc contracts
It is like
Newbie : Hai
Old player : Hi
Newbie : What is /contract?
Old Player : Hire somebody to kill somebody you hate
Newbie : Oh really how?

There's a famous saying; Don't blame the Hitman, blame the
person who contracted you.
It's our JOB to complete hits, we don't have a command that
simply shows us if a hit is OOC or IC. There's no way we can
possibly be held responsible
for this. If you're going to make a complaint against a person
who OOC contracted you, don't turn it around and blame it on my
Agency.
My partner did nothing wrong in here, he needs not to be held
responsible. Admins should be able to check the logs if they
need to see who contracted you.

you are talking as if the server has 40 players online
3 contracts in 2 hours with 6 players , 3 or 2 are always
watching me
one player was being kicked and jailed for lieing to admin
another one is cop driving around
