Manila Kingpin's Family Application

The Prelude
The Manila Kingpin’s Family was created by Michael “Mike”
Kingpin. Straight from Trapani, Sicily; Tony started off, like
many of the actual GTA series, on his own with a fresh start in
Liberty City. He immediately fell into the hands of several
small time street gangs and began doing work for them.
Eventually he came the point of high respect among the people.
Over time, the gang he mainly established himself with seemed to
disappear, as members began moving on to more organized and
powerful gangs or crime syndicates. Michael soon found himself,
just like his beginning, on his own. As a Sicilian, he was
attracted to the Little Italy neighborhood and spent time there
regularly.
The Beginning
Over time the idea came into his mind to establish his own crew
and so he did. He recruited many people whom came through
Liberty City that seemed quite qualified and established
organization among them; creating a system under the traditional
Sicilian Mafia structure. They took claim to Little Italy as
their base of operations and named the organization after
Michael's last name: Kingpin’s (although, being the only
Sicilian Mafia Family in Liberty City, the family is regularly
referred to plainly as "The Sicilian Mafia.") Recruiting
continued and so did expansion. There were regular conflicts
among the Kingpin’s Family and other organizations such as the
Traids and Irish gangs. Things began to heat up as police clans
began to become involved in the daily conflicts in and around
Little Italy. Eventually, Michael and the other organization
leaders had a meeting to declare peace and finally end the
hostility. The Kingpin’s Family was still thirsty for expansion
and so they established a small foothold within Alderney City
and expanded outward until taking full control of Alderney City,
leftwood, and Westdyke. Over this period of changing powers, the
Sicilian Mafia engaged in several conflicts with Italian Mafia
families. Bruno Licata, whom was a Kingpin’s Family Sgarrista
and the main family member set in charge of the expansive
operation, showed no mercy to those who opposed him; pushing out
all Italian influence in the areas of concern. Afterwards, to
repair the respect between the Sicilians and Italians, the
Italian/Sicilian families formed the Commission to deal
diplomatically with each other. Extremely happy with the results
of the Alderney operation, Michael promoted Dante.
Scarred in Bohan
Michael later set his eyes upon the Bohan Island. Having
previous success with Dante, he established another capo to take
temporary control of the Kingpin’s territories in Alderney and
sent Dante on an operation to take full control over the Bohan
Island. Dante set up in South Bohan, immediately coming into
conflict with African-American gangs that often disputed over
territories. Quickly, he expanded out and took over Fortside and
Boulevard. Soon afterwards though, he ran into a major problem:
The Traids received word of the Kingpin’s expansion into Bohan
and, in attempt to limit the Sicilian Mafia's power, sent
several of their operatives to establish several chinese gangs
in the area. They quickly took control of Chase Point,
Industrial, Northern Gardens, and Little Bay. Being extremely
ruthless and organized, Bruno's expansion came almost to a
complete stop and conflict reached an all time high in Bohan.
Dante started increasing recruitment around the area and began
to bash into the Chinese Bohan territories. To everyone's
surprise, there was minor conflict along the Little Italy/China
Town border. Since the operatives that the Triads sent in were
unofficial, the Cappadona family did not have the evidence
needed to engage in an actual war with them. Instead, the
Sicilian's were stuck in constant battling with the supposably
"Chinese street gangs" (which where obviously quite far from
China Town). The little conflict around the Little Italy/China
Town border was a result of blaming and accusation from Sicilian
members who knew in their hearts that the Triads were
responsible for the fighting in Bohan. Meanwhile, Dante was able
to finally push the "Chinese street gangs" back. He proudly took
control of the Northern Gardens and Chase Point. Expansion then
came to a massive stop as the "Chinese street gangs" began to
multiply in numbers and strengthened their defenses. Bruno tried
to fight back the gangs but was unable to make any progress.
Finally, the conflict stopped when the Kingpin’s family halted
their expansion operations and Dante was removed from Bohan to
be the main Sicilian Capo in Little Italy. The Bohan
Neighborhoods settled down and became undisputed.
Shady Business
In the later months, the Chinese influence in the Bohan areas
seemed to, in a way, evaporate and many ruthless street gangs
set up in their place, battling daily for control of the areas.
The kingpin’s Family, being tired and demoralized, did not
attempt to take over the rest of Bohan for some time. This came
the time of police clan issues. Organized Crime
Syndicates/Families were at peace until the FIB clan began
cracking down on many of their operations and it wasn't long
until many of the powers that they once enjoyed started to
become limited. The Kingpin’s Family attempted to hide in the
shadows but still the FIB began to locate and identify more and
more members of the family. At this time, a man named Saverio
Cirpiani came to Liberty City (supposably from Vice City)
looking for work. Being a friend of Michael, he was placed in
control of legitimate "pay'n'spray" businesses and a driving
company located in the Broker District. The Russian Mafia, being
in the majority control of that district, attempted to take
control of the legitimately controlled Kingpin’s businesses.
Combat erupted around the broker area after the Russians
attempted to eliminate Saverio. several Sicilian hitmen and Tony
himself entered the Broker District and attacked several Russian
members and businesses. The Russian Mafia then retreated from
their attempts to take further control of Broker. During this
time, this was a rare act of organized crime conflict. Saverio
then began to slowly drift into the Kingpin’s Family business,
becoming a personal driver for Sicilian Don x-SlimBrady-x and
accompanying him on many business trips around the city. The
police began to come down hard on the Cappadona family and
attempted several times to bust Michael. The police came very
close at one point when the top Sicilian members met in Little
Italy. They were unable to capture the Don though because of
Saverio's masterful driving skills. eventually Saverio's actions
got him to be more than just a driver and he became an associate
of the Kingpin’s Crime Family. Saverio killed his first man
offensively when Michael sent him on an hit contract for a man
causing trouble on the Algonquin Island. Saverio eventually
became a soldier and was place under Bruno, whom was also one of
the top killers for the Kingpin’s Family during that time. Now
doing dirty work for the family with Dante, Saverio still drove
around the Don. One night, Michael had Saverio drive him to a
meeting with a Jamaican crime lord in Dukes. The meeting turned
out to be a set up and FBI members captured Michael, Saverio
swiftly escaped before the FBI noticed him. Many hitmen from
other crime families tried to take advantage of the situation
and, during Michael's day to meet up with the online courts,
tried eliminate him. His escort convey was ambushed but the
Sicilian Don escaped through the streets. Saverio was then
called into the situation and, in great fashion, rescued Tony
from the hitmen and escorted him to the courts. Tony beat the
case held against him and was allowed to go free; The FIB was
humiliated and halted cases against the Sicilian Mafia until
they could repair their image.
After that day, the Kingpin’s family wished to gain vengeance
against all those whom sent hitmen after the Don. Dante and
Saverio began eliminating all the family targets. During that
same time zone, the African-American gangs of the North Holland,
East Holland, and Northwood territories began to attempt to push
back into Bohan. They became a daily target as well for the
Kingpin family soldiers. Eventually, the Cappadona caused inner
problems within the African-American gangs and they began to
kill one another. The Sicilian Mafia was at the height of power
once again and then began engaging in major bank jobs and such.
The Sicilians, out of respect, would give a percentage of the
cash to the Italian families. At one point though, the Italians
began trying to get more and more money from the Sicilians. The
Sicilians in return became tired of giving percentages to the
Italians and killed all Italian soldiers in a club in Tudor
during a cash drop meeting. This became the first actual war for
the Kingpin’s Family. (all previous fights were only considered
conflicts with no declaration of war.) The Italians were quick
to attack, killing many Sicilians. The Sicilians scrambled to
gain the upper hand but it was rather difficult with fighting
constantly occurring in Little Italy and all over Alderney
Island. Bohan became a major safe point for the top Sicilian
members. A disadvantage to the Kingpin’s family was that, near
the beginning of the war, Dante had retired and was no longer
available. Michael made the decision to place Saverio in place
of Bruno and Saverio began to fight on the front lines of
combat. Eventually, The Sicilians were able to gain the upper
hand when they finally removed the Don of the Capone Family
which controlled the Normandy neighborhood. During the period of
the Capone family's weakness, The Kingpin’s Family was able to
eliminate several other Capone members and then made massive
efforts to take control of Tudor. Eventually, The Kingpin’s
family pushed out the Italians from the Tudor neighborhood and
established control of the clubs and other operations. The war
then ended in Sicilian victory and things became rather quite
for quite a while. Every so often, there would be a few disputes
with other organizations but they would all be quickly resolved.
The Bohan Don
Over time the Sicilians made a major move. Michael gave Saverio
the objective to take control of all Bohan; saying if he did so,
he could then have his own family. Only to learn that over time
Saverio had befriended a gang named F34R and helped them gain
control over the industrial district. Saverio received a great
deal of trouble over this but still was allowed the chance to
become a Don. He took control of Little Bay quickly but had
difficulty taking control of Industrial. Michael had no such
patience for Saverio's slow diplomatic negotiations for
industrial and so declared war upon F34R. The war between The
Kingpin’s Family and F34R was quite brutal and very twisted,
ending in a draw between both. Over time, tensions still ran
high as the Sicilians thirsted more and more for industrial.
Saverio later used his intelligence to negotiate the F34R gang
out of the industrial district. F34R later became inactive in
Liberty City and Saverio then created his own Sicilian Mafia
Family; The Cipriani Family... The Kingpin’s Family has returned
to the shadows but still are highly active to this day.
