       The rule(s) breaker: Bob_Bobson
       What did he/she did: He jailed me for 20 minutes because of OOC
       insult but i did not OOC insult
       Is he/she in families/faction?: I don't know if he is in
       families/faction but he is server moderator or Senior advisor
       Evidence (ScreenShots, Chatlog, Video): I have a chatlog that
       proves i didn't OOC insult
