       John Kingz Flleming - Corruption as a high rank in PD.
       John J Bolt - Plagiarism in application.
       Mike Cornwick - Corruption in PD, Shooting an FBI and an CIA
       Special Agent.
       Some people might get unbanned from the faction with a good
       reason and if he is needed inside the bureau.
