Varrios Los Aztecas

[center]Busted
Cesar was a well known Mexican boy, who used to hang out in
Idlewood. If anyone ever needed some dope, they went seeing
Cesar on the corner.
It was a rainy night. The nine-teen year old boy, Cesar
Vialpando, was standing on the corner of Idlewood gas station,
in Idlewood of Los Santos. Earlier that day, some random guy had
given Cesar a call, telling him that he was interested in buying
some dope. They arranged a meeting. Cesar was waiting for the
guy to come, and was getting unpatience in the end. Cesar slowly
turned around, and headed back towards his apartment. The moment
Cesar turned around, a hoarse voice behind him yelled: Get your
ass over here kid. Cesar turned around and looked up and down at
the guy. It was a white male who was appearing in his thirties.
Cesar slowly approached the man with a surprised and nervous
facial expression. A lot of thoughts went through Cesars head,
such as him being scared of getting busted now. The white man
coughed once, then said with a low voice: Are you the guy, who I
talked with earlier on the phone?. Cesar nodded his head up and
down several times.
They then started dealing with the drugs. The moment Cesar
withdrew the small bag which was containing the Marijuana, the
white man pulled out his firearm all of a sudden, and told Cesar
to raise his hands in the air. Cesar quickly took his hands up
in the air, then asked the man to show him his badge. The white
man was a officer from the Los Santos Police Department.
The officer cuffed Cesar, and detained him inside his vehicle.
Cesar got arrested on the spot, and was convicted five years in
prison.

[center]Doing time
Cesar had now spent three years inside the prison, and was
getting used to it. He now knew how things worked in here, and
how it really felt to be a convict. One day, while Cesar was
doing some exercises outside in the prisonyard, a white guard
approached him. The guard called Cesar the worst thing he could
be called, a spic. Cesar nodded once and tried to ignore the
guard, but the guard wouldnt let him be alone, and kept using
the word: Spic. Cesar got pissed off, and gave the guard an
uppercut with his right hand. The other convicts saw this, and
chose to participate in the fight. It all turned out into a huge
brawl between guards and convicts, until a guard opened fire
into the air. Cesar got a bigger reputation due to starting this
fight. Jose Rodriguez, a well known leader of the notorious
street gang, Varrios Los Aztecas, had heard about Cesar, and
about the brawl he had started. Cesar was doing time inside
prison, aswell as Jose.
Cesar was sitting in the canteen, eating his breakfast, when
Jose Rodriguez approached him, and took a seat to the left for
him. Jose quietly coughed once, then said: Whats your name kid?
And what are you doing in here?. Cesar turned his gaze towards
Jose, looking him straight in the eyes, then answered Joses
question: I’m Cesar. I’m doing time because of the same thing
like every other person in here. I was selling on the corner,
doing for a living." Jose nodded once, then afterwards said:
When you get outta this shithole, head towards El Corona, and
hang around there. If the locos around there wanna start
problems with you, tell them that Jose has send you, and if they
got a problem with that, they gotta come see me. You got that
kid?
Cesar smiled while looking Jose in the eyes, then nodded once.
Jose slowly got up from the bench, and walked back towards his
cell.
Cesar served the time he was convicted to, and was released. He
was now back on the streets.[/center]

[center]Falling apart
It was a cold and rainy morning. Cesar woke up and grabbed his
clothes, afterwards mashed the Cyan bandana into his right
backpocket. He unlocked his door and went outside, greeting his
hermanos. People asked Cesar if he had seen Adulio around. Cesar
was looking for Adulio himself. As Cesar was walking around the
streets, he noticed a few police cars at the end of the road. He
slowly and quietly mumbled: Damn. Another ese getting busted.
Cesar slowly walked past the scene trying to get unnoticed so he
could check out who was getting busted. It was Adulio Mendez.
Cesar was shocked, and couldnt do anything about it. He ran
towards his homies down the street, and told them what was
happening. They all ran towards the police cars, but it was to
late. Adulio was detained and was taken to the department.
Adulio was convicted two years inside, and doomed to death when
he had served his time. The set was falling apart. They was
getting attacked daily, and the set lost one of their hombres
every single day.[/center]

[left]The death of Jose Rodriguez
While the two leaders was doing time inside, Cesar was leading
on the outside. One of the leaders was doomed to death in two
years, and the other was almost killed by knifestabbing while
doing time one year ago. Cesar was given the leadership on the
outside by Jose. Jose was planning on taking the leadership back
once he got out, but he never did.
It was a rainy day in the yard of LS Prison, and Jose was
walking around outside and was doing some strength training.
Jose had some other amigos from the set doing time inside with
him aswell. It all felt like a normal day, untill two members of
the enemy gang approached him. Jose was getting used to this,
and knew it would just turn out into a fistfight as usual. As
they were arguing, one of the men withdrew a sharp knife. He
quickly pressed the edge of the knife into Joses throat,
afterwards pulled it out and in again, doing this repeatedly
until he got stopped by a guard. Jose was brought to the prison
hospital. His pulse was getting weaker and weaker, and he didnt
make it. The creator of Varrios Los Aztecas was now gone, and
they had only one left, Adulio Mendez. Things was fucked
up.[/left]

[center]Rest in peace
Cesar managed to get things up together, as it used to be.
Everything was still fucked up though. Adulio had now spent two
years doing time inside LS Prison, and the 14th december was his
last day.
The whole set was invited to Mendezs execution to greet him for
the last time. After every single member of the set had greeted
Mendez for the last time, he was brought inside a small and tiny
room right next to the room members of the set was standing in.
A huge window was placed on the north wall of the room, giving
the members opputornity to watch Adulio in his last seconds.
Adulio was tightened onto the strecher, while the doctor was
preparing the death syrette. Adulio was looking at the members
with a sad but also proud facial expression, and saw the whole
set doing the last pray for him. The doctor slowly turned around
and approached Adulio, afterwards inserted the needle into
Adulios right upperarm, making him unconsious. The closest
friends of Adulio was told to leave, and they headed back
towards the hood. The two creators of Varrios Los Aztecas was
now dead, and Cesar officialy got the leadership.[/center]
[center]Loyalty
As Jose had Adulio as a loyal ese behind his back, Cesar needed
one aswell. Cesar would have never gotten that shit tight,
without Adulios help. As Cesar was seeking through the sets
members, trying to figure who he should pick to be his Right
hand man, he was unsure who to choose. The final result was
choosen. Cesar had choosen Srdjan, due to his experince and
loyalty. Cesar looked carefully at the choosen guy while
smilling gently, afterwards said: You are gonna control the set
together with me aight?. Srdjan smilled while nodding several
times.
The Ambush
It was a rainy night, and the members of Varrios Los Aztecas was
standing outside on the street. Everyone was gathered. Cesar had
set up a big drug deal with the Grove Street. Cesar started
explaining everyone why they was gathered here on this rainy
night. As Cesar finished explaining, they all stepped inside
their cars and drove away. They headed towards the alleyway
behind Grove Street in Ganton. As they arrived, everyone stepped
out of the vehicle and got ready for the deal. Cesar was holding
a shiny suitcase in his right hand, containing a lot of
Marijuana. As they was getting unpatience, and most of all,
scared and terrified if the cops should show up, three green
cars showed up. They parked infront of Cesar, then several men
jumped out of the vehicle. A guy stopped up infront of Cesar,
whilst the others was standing on a line behind him. Cesar
quietly said: Are you the guy who I arranged a meeting with
earlier?. The guy infront of Cesar nodded once, then said: "Yes
I am. Call me King. Chu got the stuff ready?. Cesar nodded once,
then bended over, laying the suitcase on the ground infront of
King. He slowly opened up the suitcase, then turned it around,
so the contain was facing King. The moment he looked at the
contain, the other guys behind him opened fire towards Cesar and
the sets members. Cesar expected this, and almost got away. But
no, he got shot several times in the legs and in the back. He
crawled behind one of the cars while suffering. Srdjan grabbed
Cesar by both his shoulders and dragged him inside the car, then
drove away towards Srdjans apartment. The sets members was
fighting till the end, and many was killed this night. They lost
their weed and their members. They had to fix this up.
The Comeback
Since everything was fucked up, and Cesar almost lost all of his
members, he had to get it all up again. He needed suppliers to
supply him and the set with the best firearms the city had ever
seen. Cesar contacted one of his old buddies, and luckily, he
found out that his buddy turned out to be a firearms dealer. He
got the contacts to smuggle weapons like Ak47s past the borders
of Los Santos. It was over with the Glock 19s and shit. As the
gang was getting supplied with the best straps they could get,
things was getting better. They had claim back the turfs that
used to belong to them. Once again, Cesar gathered the sets
members together, explaning them what they was gonna do. They
were planning on taking back the areas that used to belong to
them. After everyone was supplied with the firearms available
for them, they stepped inside their vehicles and drowe to the
diffrent areas with their spraycans. Everyone grabbed a spraycan
each, and started tagging: Varrios Los Aztecas, on almost every
wall. After they almost tagged every hood that used to be under
their control, they was supplied with small bags of weed, and
got a task to sell them. Everyone went back on the corner and
attempted to sell their shit.
Things was getting back as it used to be. Income of money,
income of expensive firearms, cars, weed, everything!
Celebration
Everything was doing great, and the gang was finally back on its
feets. As they all enjoyed every single day, they wanted to
celebrate it.
They arranged a houseparty at Cesars apartment, and everyone
showed up. Ladies, beers, drugs, things was great. While
everyone was enjoying themselfs, Cesar jumped ontop of a chair,
then told everyone to be quiet. Everything was now quiet, and
Cesar coughed quietly, afterwards said: We are all gathered here
today, enjoying the rise of VLA. But it is not over yet. Shit
happens usually, and we gotta stay focused, and hold everything
under control! But most important of all, we gotta do a one
minutes silence, for our brothers who sacrifised their lifes to
the set, and made us to what we are today! Neverless, our
hermanos doing time inside because of the set! Lets have a one
minutes silence, and do the last pray for our homeboys who
sacrifised their life for this![/center]

It's a good application but you are not there yet. Try to at
least have more then 8/10 members, and post some pictures of you
Roplaying with your gang. for now:
