16.Tell us about yourself (( 200+ words )): I'm Tia Weiss, and
I'm 24 years old. I was born in Italy, Rome. I lived in average
family.
As far as I remember I always had a dream of becoming a Police
Officer. Even when I was a child I played with my friend in the
yard and I always pretended to be the Police officer. When I was
15 years old I graduated Vine Great Elementary school. Not long
after the graduation day my parents had a fight and my dad
divorced with my mom.
My dad was from America and he was the owner of Weiss Airlines.
He married my mom after a while they both came back to Italy. So
once my dad was divorced he had no place to stay, so he packed
our bags and we flew back to America. It took me one year to
start perfectly talking in english, since I had perfect grades
when I graduated. I didn't have any problems to acquire
citizenship, my english skills were good enough also.
So for then next few years I went to San Fierro Third Secondary
School. When I was 18 I graduated San Fierro Third Secondary
school with perfect grades. After graduating Secondary school I
started to study in San Fierro University. And not after a long
time I graduated university as well.
When I was 22 Years old my dad died, and my cousin took over his
company. After my dads death I had the worst time of my life, as
I had to earn enough money to pay the rent and to buy food. I
worked as truck driver and delivered goods from one city to
another. I had very long shifts, and still I still found time to
practice in Dollars Flying school. Although it was hard but
whole experience made me the man I am today. When I turned 23
years old I received my pilot license. And from that moment I
worked at my cousins Airlines. I was able to afford nice clothes
again, and I even had enough to buy a new plasma 24 inch tv.
After working in my cousins company for few months I saw a
robbery on the street a man stole a purse from an old woman, he
was running towards me, and I grabbed him, and pushed the man to
the ground. I managed to hold im on the ground till someone
called police and they came to arrest the man. That day I
remembered of my childhood dream.
17.Why should we pick your application, instead of others? ((
75+ words )): becoming a police officer has become my childhood
dream. my passion and my skills makes me qualified enough to
join the LSPD. and i also maintain my health so i have a very
long stamina. not like other officers who just sit around on
their patrol cars eating donuts. my passion for this job will
help me to do the best i can in arresting criminals and
preventing crimes
18.What qualities do you bring to the force? (( 50+ words )): I
have a very strong Stamina. which i already stated above. and
i'm also a Animal Rights Member Which Means i value Life. i
would do my best to prevent my suspects from dying. and im a
very good shooter and driver as well. if you read my bio you can
see that i've worked as a truck driver for some time. this would
help because driving is a MUST Skill in LSPD. you have to chase
the criminals sometimes to prevent them from getting away.

I, Michael Allen, know the server regulations and will procceed
as did before,
and will not rulebreak, with any kind of intention of giving
the Los Santos Police Deparment a bad name,
and that I am aware of the fact that actions will be taken
against me in such cases,
starting from a simple demotion to a permadenied faction
status, regarding my foolish actions.

We are glad to inform you that your Application has been
Accepted into the Field Training Program, it appears that I was
assigned your Field Training Officer for the period of your
Training. Please take a afew minutes to review the Packet
written below.

Field Training Program Packet
Welcome aboard to the Los Santos Police Department, you are know
a Trainee which will undergo at least 5 Weeks of Field Training
or until you show you're ready take on such a job. This Police
Department is divided into Divisions or you can call them
Specialized Units such as Traffic Enforcement, Air Support Unit,
Street Crimes Unit, and Special Weapons and Tactics. You may
take part in any of these Specialized Units after completing
your Training. You are not allowed to Patrol under any
circumstance without your assigned Field Training Officer or you
will face Penalties, you are allowed to go on MPS Duty if given
permission by a Corporal or above. The Purpose of the Field
Training Program is to ensure you Trainees can actually be in
the Streets while learning how to do Police Work and understand
it while doing the job. Your Field Training Officer will tell
you what to do in certain situations and will at the end review
your actions and what you did correctly or what you did wrong
and explain the safer way of accomplishing whatever you were
doing specifically.
