       The rule(s) breaker:Josh/Fahim_Lone.
       What did he/she did:Josh abused his reporting because fahim's
       his buttbuddy. (Known from experince when he revived his friend
       while we were RP fighting after robbing the bank)).
       Is he/she in families/faction?:If you count admin as an
       faction/familie/ and not that i know of.
