Why would you like to join N.O.O.S.E[Minimum 50 Words] : I want
to become a LEO . Sametime i need money . Goverment will give me
permission to use weapons and arrest people . I don't want
criminals in the streets of LS anymore.I want to save some
lifes.Hitmans are everywhere i want to finish them all so thats
it.
Life Biography[Minimum 150+ Words] : Alec Mercer was born in the
17th of October, 1979 in Los Santos, his parents was Ewa, and
Mark Mercer.
He went to .34 Jefferson avenue school, which he started by the
age of 7, the school was a small working school that was mainly
related to agriculture studies.
Aside from that, by the age of 15 he started volunteering for
the Red County Detective Department, of-course he served in the
youngster division, he served as a assistant detective and
helped detectives to fulfill their job.
In 2001, when Alec graduated school, he went out with a
agriculture diploma, in the same time of that occasion, he
stopped volunateering in Detective Department.
After Alec's graduation he went back to his original house and
lived with his parents without a job for five months
approximately.
Later on, he decided to use his diploma to make some living -
Alec went on a job interview to the "East-board Lawyers
Organisation" , he was accepted and it was his first, and main
occupation for a while.
Alec worked there for a long time, after about a year of
occupation there he moved to Los Santos, purchasing a small
apartment in Las Colinas's apartment complex.
Alec has quit the East-board Lawyers organisation after two
months of his living in Los Santos, as the distance between his
working place and house was really inconvenient.
As Alec quit his past job, he received a letter from Goverment
which had a content of a recommendation to the Los Santos Senate
Alec went to Senate, and applied for the job, after two weeks he
received a letter regarding himself being an accepted applicant,
after interviews anad short-timed academy, Alec joined the
Senate and served as a Staff Member.
Alec served in Senate for a very short time, approximately three
months, he reached the second Rank, a Special Senate Guard after
having a great and hard work, later on - he left as he wanted
more options in life and had some prediction to in-activity from
himself.
Late 2004, Alec was working part-time as a bartender in the
famous Alhambra, he applied for a place in the Los Santos
Special Detective Academy.
He was an accepted applicant, he studied in this Academy for a
full year, to reach an detective training, He passed this year
with very outstanding results.
After that Academy studies, a couple of months passed, and as
Alec turned 21 he decided to apply to the Senate Again.
Alec's served very short time, yet very professional, he reached
the second rank of an Staff Member, yet after about a two weeks
straight off his Guard rank receiving, his mother has called
sick, he had to resign and help her, and g oto his mothers new
home in Blueberry.
After the situation regarding his mother, which was active for
six months, she passed away, Alec stayed in blueberry acres for
a while and worked as a mechanic, in "Loco Low Mechanics™".
As the time passed, Alec felt that he can go back to Los Santos,
as he entered Los Santos, he purchased a new house in El Corona.
After a month straight off himself getting back to Los Santos,
he re-instated to Senate.
After Alec's re-instatement, most of his time was given to his
department, he used to on-duty for long periods and always kept
himself in work and on patrol.
After a short time from his re-instatement, Alec was given the
rank of an Special Guard, as a result of a recommendation.
Serving as a Special Guard for three weeks, he decided to try
and get a chance inside the NOOSE
