       Words]: I believe i have the knowledge and i believe I've got
       what it takes to become NOOSE so i decided to join and i want to
       stop any crime in San Andreas. This is the only way i know to
       stop criminals. I hope I will be accepted.
       Why would you like to join N.O.O.S.E[Minimum 50 Words]: Because
       I have the knowledge and I want to stop the criminals in San
       Andreas. But there are 3 reason why i would like to join in
       NOOSE. First is I want to have a source of income, Second is to
       have a LEO officer and Third is to Stop criminals on committing
       crimes and stop their bad intention in San Andreas.
       Life Biography[Minimum 150+ Words]: I started to live in San
       Andreas when my parents was killed in bank robbery. Long ago we
       want to withdraw a money in bank so i can finish my studies but
       unfortunately robbery group came upon and then i got to escape
       as my mother said, it took so long to escape in vent but when i
       got escaped i want to save my parents but its too late they're
       gone so i finish my study and i transfer in San Andreas, when i
       got finish. I decided to join in this department to chase the
       criminals in San Andreas and Get rid of them.
