I think its someone who has ' Developed ' a talent of managing
multiple things and understanding that each task needs to be
handled with ' certainty and precision ' - Most of all, giving
everyone a equal opportunity and helping them where its due.

administrators here at GL:RP do NOT fit that description.

Admin is someone dedicated skillful , sensible , [font=comic
sans ms]Smart[/font] , Knows what is mutual respect ,
understandable , has alot of patience and can take
responsibility
