(Pending Executive Administration Staff) Complaint on Admin Ryan

Date of Incident: 19/02/2012
The rule(s) breaker: Ryan.
What did he/she did:
He Prisoned me for DeathMatching - Yet the guy reported after he
got killed of which he started the altercation - Ryan
immediately prisons me for DM, obviously not knowing that while
being an Admin if he is unsure on the situation, there was no
way that he could generally tell if the other guy started the DM
or not vice versa.
You could clearly see that guy only reported because he lost
when he started a shootout, yet instead of jailing both - He
jails just me.
This is the second occasion this has happened - The first time
he released me immediately after jailing me.
This time he blatantly seen the scenario as the guy had already
died.
It seems if he answers any reports to do with DM - He prisons
whoever is being reported on for shooting.
Evidence provided below on the chat of how he started to speak.
Is he/she in families/faction?: Unknown.

The image above - Shows Ryan kicking himself out of the Server -
As i carry on trying to get a solution from him.
It blindly seems he logged to avoid me speaking to him - He may
really need to go but it just seems coincidental..
Resolution:
Ryan is a Head Admin - That is what i find fascinating.
I want to see him being monitored and to be re educated as an
Admin in general on when your judgement is clouded, you should
not place action without gaining the facts.
Second - If he persists, I would like to see him demoted down.
Ryan seems like a decent guy - That is why i haven't got issues
with him on his persona but his Admin Judgement is far from what
is required.
Hope to see a reasonable resolution -

I actually did need to go lolz.
Anyways
You have had 3 reports on DeathMatch at that time and when I
had /spec you, you had a weapon out and shooting him. VIP and 50
meters around it is OOC.
However, I did hear you say that you had an SS, I told you to
post it on the forums and I would release you.

already so i hope he wont do it again.
