       Painting over graffiti

       About 18 months ago a helpful lady from a Bishopston Association
       (sorry, can't remember which one) got the council to paint over
       graffiti that had been daubed on our steel shutter. Well it's
       happened again, but I can't find her contact details. Can anyone
       remember who she is and how I can contact her?
