       Why can't I reply to a topic? It's saying it's locked?

       Some topics can be 'locked' and this is done so that no replies
       can be added to it. Help and information posts, such as the post
       at the top of the list titled 'who can read what' can be locked
       and stuck to the top of the list. This is done for topics that
       are information only and don't require replies.
       If you have a question related to any topics that are 'locked'
       so you can't reply to them, simply start a new post in the
       'Help' section explaining what you need help with, and someone
       will get back to you.
       The administrator will be on hand to help with any topics, but
       also, other forum users who have got the hang of it and know how
       it functions will also be able to jump in and advise.
