       50 52% reduction???  There is no 'reduction' and there is no
       clean energy.  Emissions take centuries to get out of the
       atmosphere.  CO2 [shadow=gray,left]only[/shadow] goes up.
       If Biden starts ranting about putting thousands to work in a new
       biochar industry he will have something to say.  But that would
       not be the Merican way so that is not going to happen.
       America wants he have its cake and eat it too.
