The common denominator between Daniel and Julian is free speech
denied.
I understand how Julian is getting hosed. Those of us who have
been in close proximity to, you know, felony charges, lawyers,
judges waving gavels and stuff, understand that some folks take
that law **** seriously. And saying you are going to do
something bad, and then backing it up with even meager
demonstrable intent, isn't a free speech thing anymore. The
guy probably would have been fine if he had just stuck with the
free speech part, bitching and whining online.
Essentially I agree with you, but what do we know about this?
I know exactly as much as I could get from what you posted on
the matter. Read the links. It all seemed to make sense, and
they appeared to agree with each other. Do you have more
information that contradicts the information provided in the
links? As far as what we "know", well that is entirely a
different question, depending on the degree of certainty you
require prior to declaring you or I "know" anything.
You can search and find some FBI approved news stories. Then
there is the truth.
Are you saying the links you provided were one or the other? Or
is this more of a treasure hunt, and the hope was we would go
look up more to validate, or invalidate the provided material?
I have been in situations and places where a news story happened
and later was reported on. By the time 'news' reaches
the public it is often FUBAR. Someone who has ever been an
eyewitness to a news story knows this well.
The info provided does not say what went on in court. It seems
- bad man threatened violence. Bad man was arrested. Bad man
found guilty and punished.
I don't see we have much more than that. What exactly did
Daniel say or do? I figured out Daniel is 'stupid', but
did he do any more than a few of us have done here posting a pic
of a Guillotine, and perhaps mentioning a favorite billionaire
or two in the same post? Daniel better have done more than that
or something is very wrong. But what did Daniel do that
separated him from the ranting herd? We don't get to know.
Is this Daniel ?
HTML https://youtu.be/efOSdkX6B7s
Or no?
If you accept the raw info at face value you ask no questions
and most people take everything at face value. That is a fact
you don't have to question, and the narrative is that Daniel
is a bad man.
My feeling is Daniel spouted off at the wrong time. Exactly
when the kings men needed to arrest a few Trumpers. A week
after Jan 6th. But why arrest one of your own when you can nail
a Lefty ass to a church door instead. Life gives you lemons you
make lemonade. Nothing presented to us justified Daniel's
sentence. Nobody was endangered that I can see. Was there a
mental evaluation? Does Daniel have a stable work history?
What kind of guy is Daniel? Is he a danger to self or others?

Is Daniel a bad man? We have not been given enough info to
know. I was disappointed that there was not more depth to the
reporting. I tried to find more.

To his comrades he is innocent and a martyr yes. That's why
I said he will be busy on the talk show circuit, book deal and
motivational speaker your.
Baker, when questioned by Murrell while testifying, said his
posts were “almost exclusively jokes,” aimed at depicting an
“ironic parody of a left-wing caricature.”
Check out the flyer, I saw it on another story yesterday,
because I wanted to know more before deciding what's
probable. It details when, where, who and how. If he could have
gone with 'no different than them', he would have.
Juries are supposed to be selected by both sides of politics, so
there's that as well.

Sometimes I screw up when I am replying to something. Sorry, no
fuckery intended. Using the spoiler tag is a bit tricky it
seems.

It was totally me. As an admin I have the power of god and can
edit any post. The modify button is next to the quote button.
If I 'quote' to reply to someone, I can hit the 'modify' button
by mistake. In this case it was you. The edit box will look
the same both ways. It will have the same content so I won't
know I hit the wrong button. The thing is, because I edit my
own posts frequently after I post, I do hit the wrong button
from time to time. Usually I catch myself and back up before I
do damage.
You don't want me doing brain surgery.
