I have to admit a shocking degree of ignorance here. What the
hell is Frito Pie? Is this one of those questions that "if you
have to ask you don't want to know"?

I will *guess* you make the Pie Crust out of crushed Fritos.

To keep the chips from getting soggy, ladle the chili over the
       chips just before serving. Checklist
       Step 1
Place 1 cup corn chips into each of 8 bowls. Ladle 1 cup West
Texas Chili on top of corn chips in each bowl. Sprinkle each
with ¼ cup Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon diced onion. Top with
       desired toppings.
Okay - but I don't know how you get 'Pie" out of it. Sounds
like a bowl of chili with some chips.

Trucking has ALWAYS been a " Last Resort" job. Almost nobody
really LIKES doing that job. The difference nowadays is due to
across the board labor shortages, people who wuld have gone
trucking before simply pick another type of job that is
       marginally more tolerable.

The way America treats workers is a benevolent feudalism. And
