Gail Tverberg has a good piece on the natural gas situation. I
think overall it supports your assessment of the aroma of burned
toast.

I don't know if her conclusions are correct - it's not my field
- but the graphs and logic of her position are compelling and
she quotes industry sources for reserves, exports, imports, etc.
I'm sure those with actual expertise in the field will have
valuable insight.

The problems are multiplying through just about every supply
chain. Not only the UK has truck driver problems, so does the fs
of a. Container ships are backed up at the Port of Long Beach
and the Port of Los Angeles weeks deep. Food products are
already disappearing from the shelves in many areas. Chip
factories electric vehicle factories in China are shut down.
How long to fix this mess, or will it ever get fixed?
It does appear that the long predicted serious problems are
beginning to show up.
Unfortunately, in my humble opinion we have nowhere to go but
down from here. At least however meals on Wheels is still
delivering me food everyday. When that stops old people and
cripples will go out in the streets and demonstrate on Mass.
Will the Gestapo fire rubble bullets at us?
