I gotta try and stay out of there. Probably back in total
       lockdown again.

Yes, don't get sick or injured no matter who you are.WA state is
at capacity and I think Idaho has had to turn some people away
       from hospitals. No room.
But on the bright side a woman in Texas does not have to go to a
hospital to get an abortion. They can do it at home with a coat
       hangar.
Every lining has a silver cloud.

Still early on, no dips in the 2nd derivative. Still unclear if
it is an exponential function. About 5 years in, we should have
       a clearer picture.

Alaska’s largest hospital implements crisis care standards

Definitely not a time to need a hospital in Alaska.

       3 hospitals for 300K people. That's 1:100K. So if .1% of
people need hospitalization, you have only a 1% chance of
       getting a bed. lol.
This does not count all the folks from towns with NO hospital
who need to fly into Anchorage for help.
Looks like our population will fall even faster this year.

One in 500 Americans Has Died From COVID
By: RE Date: September 16, 2021, 5:17 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
.2% !!! That is quite a significant contribution. I wonder
what you would get adding in long term problems and also people
dying of other causes due to lack of hospital beds? A friend
here told me hospitals in LA are turning away Gunshot victims
due to Covid! lol. That is anecdotal rumor though, I have no
       confirmation of that story anywhere.

A dr claimed they were turning away gunshot victims because they
were overloaded with people overdosing on horse wormer. The
story even got published in rolling stone, then the hospital in
question said the locum dr who made the claim hadn't worked
there in 2 months and they had no i word overdoses.
He was only trying to help the good cause.

My friend Brian in Cour d'Alene got it but recovered, just lost
       sense of smell so far.
My advice is to buy a Home Ventilator and know how to use it if
you have enough FRNs. Not that hard to do. Forget going to
       hospital for a while.

       Jailhouse Collapse

bad. I'm only surprised there hasn't been a mass riot yet.

Forget the prisoners, WTF would want to work as a guard there?
You would have to be totally nuts.
I doubt this is an isolated case. Likely all the Big Shitty
Jails are in similar condition. Is there a solution here?
Besides just letting them all go, I can't see one.

Alaska reports second consecutive day of over 1,000 new COVID-19
        cases

The hospital situation here is starting to sound a bit like
       Riker's.
My solution for this is to ramp up production of Ventilators and
send people home with instructions on how to use one.

There also been a streamlining since last year, so neither a dr
or police need to attend a death. I mention that because the
story is incomplete. Obviously it's not a matter of how many
doses were given, but what amount the doses were. Also no nurse
decides to deliberately give a lethal dose on their own, they
need to be following orders. I have to wonder if these are the
people who have plenty of equity for the care facility to draw
on, or have no money left.
