So far they are saying two jabs 8 weeks apart.... My belief is
the current vaccines are a stop gap measure to reduce
hospitalizations. A new batch will eventually come around when
more research has been done. I think covid will become endemic
with yearly shots. You will get it or not get it like the flu
shot... I believe the flu shot is a good choice and I do it, so
do the girls. Some of that thinking was because I lived with an
immune compromised partner for years. Hard to say. I'll judge
that one once the research is more clear and a long term picture
emerges from the histeria. I know exactly zero people with
quantifiable vaccine issues and two people with long covid so
that affect my views as well.

I take the opposite approach. I never take a flu shot, and I
expose myself as much as I can. I'm one of the very few or only
clients my PCA agency has that will accept a PCA who has not
been vaxxed, and I don't require them to wear a mask when in my
home, nor do I. It's like Pumping Iron to build your muscles.
You have to constantly stress your immune system to keep it in
prime condition. As a kid, I was even worse (better?). I ate
bugs, uncooked meat, you name it I digested it. lol.
This behavior does have risks of course, but it's sorta like
driving your car without insurance, which I also do. lol.
Because I never get into accidents (40 years of driving!), I
stopped buying insurance after my first car. I got exactly 2
tickets for no insurance, $200 for one in WI in the 90s and 1
for $500 here in AK. Insurance would have cost me more than
       that every year!
However, I am all for the freedom to get jabbed if you choose to
do so. Freedom of choice in your own approach is the most
       important thing.

UK covid rate higher among vaxxed than unvaxxed
  HTML https://summit.news/2021/11/19/official-public-health-england-data-says-covid-infection-rates-higher-in-vaxxed-then-unvaxxed/
“Fresher information has fortified this conclusion of the
summer. In every age group over 30 in the UK, the rates of Covid
infection per 100,000 are now higher among the vaxxed than the
unvaxxed. Indeed, in the cohorts aged between 40 and 79,
infection rates among the vaccinated are more than twice as high
as among the unvaccinated. PHE’s fruitlessly rechristened body,
the UK Health Security Agency, frantically clarifies that the
data ‘should not be used to estimate vaccine effectiveness’, a
caveat which I include for the sake of accuracy. But the
differences in the infection rates are drastic enough for you to
       draw your own conclusions.”
Meanwhile, the Times reports the results of another study which
“found the double-jabbed are just as likely to pass on Covid-19
       as unvaccinated people.”

Dutch cops fire on protesters - It's heating up.

Crowds of several hundred rioters torched cars here, set off
fireworks and threw rocks at police during the protests on
Friday evening. Police responded with warning shots and water
       canons.
Rotterdam police said on Twitter Saturday that 51 people had
been arrested, half of whom were under 18.
“Two rioters where wounded when they were hit by bullets, they
       remain in hospital,” police added.
The city’s mayor, Ahmed Aboutaleb, said protest had turned into
       “an orgy of violence”.
“Police were forced to draw their weapons and even fire direct
shots,” he told a press conference early on Saturday.

I'm a believer is stressing your immune system to bacteria which
is the bugs and dirt part but I've never seen it researched or
implied that that translates to resiliency to viral loads.

Bacterial vs Viral is an interesting question, and I don't know
of any research on this topic either. I only have anecdotal
       evidence of my own experience.
I do know that I lived in a very densely populated city (NYC)
and rode the Subway every day during Flu season all those years.
PACKED Subway cars like Sardines. No Masks. No Flu for me.
NEVER. I also worked with 1000s of kids one on one, hands on
spotting them in Gymnastics while their noses were spitting out
       gallons of snot. lol.
Did I ever get sick? Not really, not more than a day or two,
and never so bad I couldn't go to work. Although I did use
being sick as an excuse not to go to work periodically.
I see COVID as a disease much like the flu, just a little more
consequential in symptoms. You gotta tough it out, and
hopefully your immune system is up to the task. Eradicating
this virus from the population is going to take quite some time,
if it happens at all. You can get your jabs every 6 months and
hopefully your Goobermint picks up the tab for this, or you can
RISK it and trust your immune system to terminate the bug, with
       EXTREME Prejudice.
I'll risk it. The philosophy has always worked for me, anyhow.
