Halfway through the Second Thought Video I had to lift my leg
and whip this up.
There will be no oil left to do anything in a few years except
starve to death. In 1000 years there will perhaps be tribes
starting to do agriculture in a few valleys where nature has
returned. The radioactivity has washed away and a mud hut with
thatched roof is the American dream.
Proto-Egypt or the Mayans. Loincloths, no socialized medicine.
Warm winds stir the Palm Trees around the Labrador sea.
Now I'll watch the rest of the Second Thought Video. I am a
subscriber to Second Thought and have been since last December.
The guy behind it is a good man. And a socialist.

Finishing the Second Thought video.
I conclude the guy behind Second Thought. (I think he is in
Seattle) was smoking some good **** when he made that video.

The Diner had to go because it was expensive and moving it was a
nightmare. Starting a fresh forum here using the same forum
software is the way to go. Besides which there were only a few
diehards at the Diner and we need new blood. Starting fresh is
the way to do it.
That it is not private is no big deal because forums are public.
It is at CreateAForum.com now. I will check into the details of
moving it if we decide to do that. If we can copy the database
we can put it up under a different ISP.
You don't have to ask permission on what you want to post if you
know if it is related to collapse. This is an opportunity to
express yourself.
Nearings Fault was just asking what you are doing in response to
collapse. I'm going to get my butt outside and plant some
seeds. I will also be learning about edible plants of the
Pacific NorthWest in coming days. In case I last longer than
Merica does. Today planting seeds is what I am doing about
collapse.

Please set that aside. It is not obvious, but through his post,
Nearings fault is demonstrating the main point of my argument.
He demonstrated how the default subconscious is overwhelmingly
in charge. His request substantiates blatant impertinence. A
lack of thought, perhaps laziness. He has a wife and daughters,
humanity is at the end of a rope, there is no longer the luxury

I am so glad you came out swinging so strongly with so very
little provocation. I sense a deep trigger there. The typical
character assassination resulted.
Kdog let me know if you manage to move the diner. There was
good content there I will miss it. I have no need or desire to
let a new bunch of cut and paste experts treat people like shit
for their amusement.
