The first Ferguson Report of 2023 predicts the fake news
       headlines you must see …
USA ‘ULTRA-CONSERVATIVES’ SO CONSERVATIVE THEY’RE COMING BACK
       THE OTHER WAY
As George Washington famously said, “To preserve the Congress,
it must be beheaded, disembowelled, and turned into a stringless
puppet show for the entertainment of Vladimir Putin.”
A gun club of ultra-conservative Republicans have rebelled
against House majority leader hopeful Kevin McCarthyism. They
used an archaic and unorthodox tactic called “democracy”.
Liberal leader Peter ‘They Don’t Call Me Dutton For’ Dutton said
that ructions within conservative parties are normal. He’ll
confirm that as soon as the National Party respond to his calls.
US REPUBLICAN GEORGE SANTOS ADMITS HIS ADMISSION OF LYING WAS
       MADE UP
America’s newest Fantasy Congress member, George Santos, is
hoping he can keep up with the demands of being the new James
       Bond and US president.
Like any American president, half of the country pathologically
hates him. The other half love him for not being a Democrat.
Any other qualities he may have, or not have, or claims he has
but doesn’t, are fake media lies.
Santos is famous for his Oscar-winning roles Indiana Jones, Cat
       Woman and Kermit the Frog.
STAGE-THREE TAX CUTS WOULD BE BETTER SPENT ON CASH GIVEAWAYS TO
       THE RICH
During the 2022 election campaign, Prime Minister Anthony
Albanese promised the stage-three tax cuts would remain in place
       because because.
A Labor spin doctor who bulk-bills for every backflip said, “The
$254bn tax cut for the wealthy will trickle down immediately,
creating a mess on the carpet. Cleaning up that mess will create
       jobs.”
The tax cuts were invented by the Morrison government so you
       know you can trust them.
       HETERO FLAG COMES OUT
Mark Latham, Member of the NSW Legislative Council for attention
deprivation syndrome has called for hetero people to have their
       own flag.
“We love the gays but it’s overdue to recognise the heteros,” he
       said.
The hetero flag depicts a chorizo poking into a netball hoop. In
the top left corner is a Band Camp tent that straight people
       claim “was a one-time thing”.
There are hetero plans for an International Prude Day.
Mr Latham went from being leader of the Labor Party to joining
One Nation. So at least he’s consistent.
Hetero sex is when Mummy and Daddy love each other so much they
do something that makes you feel sick.

The collapse of talking about collapse while we are still
       waiting on collapse?
I will speculate that just based on our age and how long we've
been waiting for it generally, personal collapse will arrive
before we'll get to see the "Don't Look Up" excitement we've all
been waiting for. Fingers crossed for something interesting to
happen if only to make the Chinese proverb come true
       ("interesting times" etc etc).
       Happy New Years everyone. Again.

A month in and quiet. I don't think it is just us. Social
Media has seduced all the sheep and everyone but a handful of
misfits lives in the collective corporate hive. Video has
rotted brains and all people can do is spectate. Traffic is
down across the board. The unfortunates are without opinions
and have become human tape recorders repeating what the Shepard
dogs want them to say. Nobody writes comments because opinions
require thought. Repetition requires none, but making completes
       sentences does.
       I think it sucks.
What do you think of my story. The calendar at the bottom lets
       you load previous chapters.

I have barely found time to look at any blogs, but on the rare
occasion I have, there is very little of worth in comments.
On social media i just have Facebook and that was just to
connect with friends and family, make myself easy to find for
anyone wanting to. I don't do tiktok, Twitter, or Instagram. The
main action now for me is in private chats. There is certainly
plenty going on to talk about.
Here are two examples of what I mean in trying to have a
       sensible exchange these days.
If people are incapable of taking 5 minutes gathering
information when they have a financial incentive, the outlook
for any stimulating intellectual intercourse you are missing is
       bleak KD:
Hi interested in the steel for sale on gumtree. Can you tell me
       lengths and widths , thanx
The biggest beams are fourteen feet long the others would be
roughly half that width wise he's not out there at the moment to
measure it we were going to build a boat trailer out of it all
for a thirty foot boat but I think it use to be a shed your
welcome to have a look he's got to have the farm cleaned up by
the end of this month he's leaving
Can you measure the length of the other posts. Not the 4m ones.
       Also how wide
Shortest beam is 9ft 6+4 inches wide
(In the fotos you can just make out two pieces of steel. No clue
how many there are, or from the info given when i asked. Just
the longest and the shortest, no total number or number of each
length, or lengths other than the longest and shortest. Note the
wall of text about things I'm not concerned with, that it's my
       responsibility to decipher).
       6 deep cycle batteries
Hi I'm interested in these, can you tell me how old they are,
year and month should be on the top. Also did they have always
       have water topped up?
No, I don't know how old they are. Add the idea of adding water
       is just weird...
It seems weird if you only deal with flashlight, phone or lap
laptop batteries and other people do the maintenance checks on
your car. Sealed lead-acid batts are pretty new. Deep cycles use
a lot more water as the acid dries up than cars, especially if
       you are working them hard.
(Can we suspect these batts are for sale because she didn't know
the water needs checking and stopped working, still hasn't
       learned anything?)
The attention economy is real and it is making morons. People
choose their particular circus (of the bread and circuses
antidote) tailored a lot more to trending and viral and
algorithms selections based on your searches. Interacting in
commentary therein is stupid. Both because it is a stupid thing
to do and the general level of intellect is genuinely stupid.
As you observed, there are the cheerleaders, mindlessly
parrotting or deliberately lying and trolling. Both lying to
themselves and also in hopes of helping win an information war.
I've seen on social media commentary under an article where 95%
of people are commenting on the information and impression
provided by the headline only, when they clearly did not bother
       reading the article.
The same level of seeking factual information is evident in most
comments where they seek to give an individual perspective
providing additional information. That is, they simply make it
up. I'll take the trouble to regale you with a three amusing
anecdotes, if you're interested. In any case, well over 90% are
the extent of their understanding expressed in a maximum of
three sentences, though typically one. It's common practice now
for many people to type walls of text not broken down with any
punctuation. It's the readers job to take time to infer where
the individual thoughts are seperated. It's a waste of your time
giving any of them any form of reality check.
