       Welcome to the Gesar Springs forum!
       This is a private forum for the use of shareholders and
       residents of Gesar Springs - a multiple occupancy community
       located in Northern New South Wales.
       Shareholders will find access to all Gesar Springs policies and
       procedures and be able to discuss community issues, news and
       upcoming events. There is a function that allows for polls to be
       conducted when community decisions need to be made. You can also
       use the search function to find topics that have been discussed
       in the past.
