       Aeseria has a primarily free-market economy, but a
       series of legislations have enacted regulations on the economy
       to prevent the domination of monopolies. For healthcare, a
       two-tier healthcare system is utilized.

       The Dominion of West Cascadus (The DWC) is a dominion of the
       Federal Republic of Aeseria

       has several different climate, from jungles in the south, to
       temperate forests in its northern reaches. Rare plants and
       metals are an important part of the West Cascadian economy, and
       these are frequently traded with Aeseria

       Cultures of West Cascadus

       Throughout history of the DWC, there have been many people
       living within its borders. From the Aeserians on the northern
       coast, to the various indigenous groups throughout the central
       and southern regions, the Dominion of West Cascadus has a great
       diversity of culture.
       West Cascadus' Original Inhabitants
       Centuries before Emmerians settled the north shores of West
       Cascadus, the lands of West Cascadus were inhabited by thriving
       Nations and tribes. These communities, collectively known as the
       First Peoples, lived with each other, fostering their own
       beliefs, ways of life, and rich history. When the Aeserians
       began their colonization in 1656, many Emmerians diseases spread
       across the First Peoples, who didn't have the same immunities as
       the Aeserians.
       Zhor'as
       The dark skinned Zhor'as live in the south of the DWC. As far
       back as 800 BC, they were living in kingdoms and empires, in the
       abundant lands around the modern city of Zhorreik. Their
       communities have historically been in clearings within the deep
       jungles of Zhor.
       Population: 50%
       Sael'as
       On the west side of the DWC live the Sael'as. They're villages
       have always been situated near or on the coast, from which they
       can catch fish, their main source of food.
       Population: 15%
       Emmerians
       In 1656, the Aeserian Empire began its settlement of West
       Cascadus. They successfully annexed most of West Cascadus, and
       many of them now live in the northern reaches of the DWC.
       Aeserians
       The Aeserians live mostly in the small region north of the
       equator. They're population is the second highest, and
       constitute most of the upper class.
