       Moderator Ratification Votes

       Right, so because I'm a big fan of actual due process, you guys
       actually have to ratify these moderators that me and Dogon
       picked. If they get majority yes votes, then they're moderators,
       otherwise they're not and me and Dogon have to pick more people.
