Communist terror attack in Sini! 103 dead, 64 wounded

Yesterday at 6:24 PM a local theatre in Sini was blown up by a
bomb. Due to a weak structure, the bomb caused the building to
partially collapse, killing 103 and wounding another 64 out of
the audience of about 250.
One suspect was nearly apprehended but shot himself when
cornered. Communist identifiers, including a symbol used by a
known communist terrorist group, Worker's Erkettun, were found.
It appears the theatre was targeted due to its perceived
burgeoise audience. The tragedy has shaken Erkettun, being the
deadliest attack to have ever taken place in the country.
Since the suspect shot himself, it has been impossible to gain
any more information than what can be taken from the scene and
from his body. It appears the man was Hirde Garul, an individual
from the Ira Metropolis. An orphan, his family is unknown and
there are no leads to trace the organization itself. This makes
this the second unsolved case regarding the grouping, after the
assassination of Erkettuni Prime Minister Jimbo Dzut 4 years
ago. Police suspect a link between the organization and foreign
communist powers, however it is impossible to prove due to the
lack of evidence.
The 68 dead will be interred at the Sini-Hede Cemetery next
Sunday. In addition, several charities have created a joint
effort to pay for the necessary operations of the 64 wounded.
The Palace in Sobanu has hoisted the black flag in mourning and
it will be kept until the funeral ceremonies are done.

It is obvious that the murder of innocents is of no political
value. We condemn this act and this organisation.
Ryudinia maintains its suggestion that communist groups across
the world aim to change their societies through peaceful and
democratic means wherever possible, and remind all that violent
revolution is only justifiable as the absolute final resort
against totalitarianism.
We reiterate our utter condemnation of this useless act of
barbarism, and our hope that the perpetrators will be found and
stopped.

The United Syndicates of Iridar will also condemn this attack.
Terrorism is not a tool we support for it makes us no better
than them.
