The Avalon World Fair - Invitation

To all sovereign states of Eisen,
To celebrate the twenty-year anniversary of the
pioneering discovery of flight, all world nations are invited to
send delegates to Avalon, the capital of Aeseria, for a World
Fair along the city waterfront. Representatives and other guests
to the exposition are welcomed to bring pioneering inventions,
artifacts, or other significant pieces of cultural pride for a
week of appreciation for science, culture, and international
cooperation. Guests who wish to attend will be received for
festivities in the Golden Square, a classical civic center of
museums and art galleries located along the shore of the inland
sea in downtown Avalon.
With the unfortunate ending of the international dinner
in Rouenne, it is hoped that the World Fair can peacefully
foster mutual cooperation between nations through shared
interests in technology and the arts. Security will be provided
for by the Califia National Guard and the Avalon Police
Department, to ensure safety for all guests during the
exposition.

The Congress of Councils has authorized members of several
leading Syndicates in different industries to participate.

A team of representatives from Ryudinia will be in attendance.
They will be accompanied by armed security personnel for reasons
made obvious by the events at Rouenne.

The Grand Duchy of Rhenania finds the idea of a celebration of
culture and technological advancement long overdue. The Duke
himself, Ranulf III de Rouenne, shall attend this gathering.

Excellent. The World Fair shall begin on March 1 [Later today]
For safety purposes, each party may be accompanied by a small
group of security agents. Personal defense weapons will be
allowed for these agents, so long as they are declared to
Aeserian security as they enter the grounds.
