       In Ireland, the government implemented a new set of laws that
       may cause the collapse of the surprisingly popular bingo
       industry.
       The new laws restrict the maximum winnings to 50% of the prize
       pool (far less than usual), allow the bingo hall to keep only
       25% and require that the remaining 25% is donated to charity.
       These restrictions would make bingo halls unprofitable and would
       cause the majority of them to close.
