Operation Dead Messenger

15 mile's off the shore of Taiwan,
0223
Getting ready to plunge 11000 feet without being able to see
your hand in front of your face never really bothered me, what
got to me was the first five minute's of being on practically
alien soil once my feet hit the dirt. As my squad regrouped just
inside the treeline of the the dim lit forest on the beach edge
to discuss our current position I thought to myself "Taiwan was
a lot colder then I expected it to be". Ironic as it is climate
was the least of my worries. I quietly racked a fresh round into
the chamber of my bush master M4 type assault rifle, I liked to
be locked at least before the rest of my squad regardless it
made me feel a lot more safe as trivial as it was. It was me and
5 other's 3 pair's of two that filled a special force's squad
called Gemini. We were tasked to do a lot of the military's
dirty jobs that didn't often see the top side of the CIA's
AUTHORIZED PERSONAL ONLY folder's and sure as hell didn't
involve a 6' O'Clock special on NECN involving a have blown
apart Blackhawk helicopter. No, half the time we got briefed
only minute's before we arrived to the field of duty. But this
time was different, we had spent several months training for
this OP, we knew every tree on this island back and fourth,
every blade of elephant grass that grew here from when this was
a trade stop for island traffic, right down to the type of 2
inch quarter millimeter threaded galvanized steal bolt's used in
the door's at the first objective. I was confident everything
was going to go just fine. But something just didn't feel quite
right. As I looked over my left shoulder to make eye contact
with my squad partner he said"Fine day to pull a string at 150
feet". I could have set a clock by this as Phawx said this just
after we hit soil before anyone had spoken a word I was just
waiting for it this time. I assumed we all had our reason for
being here most unsaid well aside from 3 ton's of Taiwan's
finest blow and a shipment of intercepted miscellaneous paper
mail including document's from the local inter pole and ATF
eluding to the whereabouts's of a nearby shipment of nuclear
submarine part's and half a dozen nuclear torpedo inside's. All
I know is we weren't here to enjoy a day's fishing tuna and
making friend's with the local's and they sure a hell wouldn't
be making friend's with us. If all was to go as planned which it
would pair 2 would dismantle the guard post at the first
objective and keep on the radio to keep the suspicion low while
pair 3 would move into position further inland and place the
Napalm and C4 charge's on the local crate that should be labeled
"Stolen Mail and Munition's". While me and Phawx pair 1 set up
an ambush on the only road away from the compound and waited for
the HVT to make his get away. Once we had the HVT in our
possession pair 2 would then move to the lookout point to
provide sniper cover for our extraction from the rode out to the
LZ shortly after meeting with pair 3 to self extract using an
SDV docked on the more forgiving side of the island. If
everything goes well we will be off this island by 0500.

Mind setting up a briefing? Kind of difficult to tell exactly
who does it as it is so far, and one grammar Nazi moment.
Operation Dead Messenger, not Opreation Dead Messenger.

A briefing? This is just an idea so far it is to be added to I
will write the rest soon enough. Hell I may even consider
finding island space for this.

That would be pretty freaking sweet. Let me know if you need any
basic supplies, as I have many things lying around my house. I
can't drive until September most likely, that depending on if I
can get the cash to take Driver's Ed. around that time, so I can
take it within a few weeks after my 15th birthday.

Alright I will do. Also I may have an Island in Kittery we can
train on. And we would have to take canoes to it it will be
sweet.

My parents are actually thinking of getting kayaks, so that
sounds pretty good to me. I may attach some outriggers to it for
stability as well as an MG mount.
