Eilam got up upon seeing Tatsuo leave the room. Dangers lurk
within the night and considering his reputation, Tatsuo
shouldn't be out alone. Eilam gripped the handle of one of the
windows, completely ignoring the electricity field thanks to his
insulated leather gloves as well as his elemental resistance
training, opened it and jumped out. He cloaked himself before he
landed and went on to pursue the kitty cat.

Tiring...today was tiring for the friends. Reiyanne's chest fell
up and down as she laid on the couch dazed. Lyra sat on a chair
quietly reading her book. Blue was also listless, as he laid by
Reiyanne snuggling in her arms. A tired relaxed scene. No word
broke through the ambiance. Just soft breaths, of three friends
who had too much fun in one day.
This was the back of the church. Lyra's study room to be exact,
potions and books were scattered about as though a whirlwind
blew through. Even the way everyone relaxed was rather random
and careless. Fitting for Lyra's personality, a sporadic girl,
who did whatever she wanted regardless of what she'd preach.
"...guys, I'm going to check out the front, perhaps I have a
visitor?" in an uncharacteristic gentle tone, Lyra spoke these
words as she quietly rose and stepped out. Reiyanne simply
nodded in response, still reclining where she was.
A lovely night it was, she thought as she stood outside the
church. She surveyed the scene, a whimsy smile on her lips, her
hair and face being gently caressed by the wind. It played with
her skirt as well, she giggled at that. Thankfully it was much
to long for any kind of indecency, besides she always wore
shorts underneath them anyway.

"Thank you! Please come again!" Leila chirped with a wink. "Oh,
please do..."
The customer left with a nervous expression on her face. But
Leila didn't mind that at all. To merchants around these parts,
a customer is a good, satisfied one if they buy something. "She
was a cute one." Leila thought to herself as she went to check
on her remaining items. Expensive-looking potions, shields, and
jewelry filled out the shelves. Of course, expensive-looking
items have a tendency to be stolen from their unsuspecting
merchants. Another necklace had gone missing. Again.
Leila stormed outside to see her good, satisfied customer
pushing a path through the busy street. "Thief! Thief!" Leila
shouted. "Get back here with my necklace!" Having heard her
shouts, the 'thief' panicked and, unfortunately, managed to get
away.
"Awww, shoot! That's 40,000 GP down the drain..." she kicked a
nearby dude hard in frustration. Suddenly, some maid popped up
right out of nowhere in front of the merchant, causing her to
yelp and fall.
"Miss Leila, I presume?"
"W-who are you and how did you know I have a thing for maid
costumes?"
The maid looked at Leila curiously. "Uhm... Well, anyways...
Princess Ariel has ordered me to retrieve you, as your
assistance is required."
"What happened?"
"The next relic has finally appeared..."
"Okay."
The maid looked at her curiously again. "Okay?"
"I'll come with you. Let's go!"

"Okay. Please hold on." The maid picks up Leila into her arms
and without a moment to spare, they disappear. Leaving a brief
afterimage in their place.
The two re-appeared and in front of Ariel's room, and already
there is Ardea along with a fellow maid.
"Ah, you're here." Commented the other maid who was holding the
door. The maid holding Leila quickly set her down and gave a
little curtsy before she blinked out of existence.
"Cmon now, Mistress Kayla is awaiting us."

After asking for directions, Ariel finds that Lyra's church was
in fact close by. When she seeing it from the distance, Ariel
thought it was beautiful. When she reached the church , she
noticed the aura around her was light, cheerful, and happy. It
reminded her of being a child, having not a care in the world.
Playing until she grew tired and went home, only to be full of
energy the following morning, ready for adventure. As she drew
nearer she saw a young woman standing outside, leaning against
the door frame staring out into the open night.
"Excuse me, are you Lyra? I'm looking for Reiyanne."

Soon after Wolfie barked at Tatsuo for his attention, the dragon
made from his Chi collided against the floating sword. The room
was filled with the sudden brightness of the flash. When the
light faded away several crashes sounded as the floating
furniture lost the support of the ancient sword. The meditation
circle under Tatsuo, the chi dragon as well as the glow from the
sword faded too. And just as the sword's glow faded, it lost
whatever power was suspending it in the air and it impaled
itself into the floor in front of Tatsuo.
"Ugh.. Really Lux? What the hell? I was meditating."
"..."
He stood up slowly and stretched while looking around himself,
taking in the furniture that was affected by his sword. When he
saw the sword in front of him, he quickly grabbed it and dashed
off to his room and hide it under his bed. "Stupid ass sword."
After hiding it under the bed he turns back to Wolfie and the
human. Don't touch it!!"
"I already have two pairs of blades, a third would kill me,
especially if its magical or unknown to me. Just why and how do
you possess an anti-gravity sword?"
"Hehe, that's just one of the many things it can do.."
"What the hell are you talking about, Anti-Gravity Sword? Swords
can't distort gravity, what are you, stupid?"
The human smacked himself in the face with his palm and
muttered:"Clueless cat is clueless." He sighed as his hand left
his face, and looked at Tatsuo.
"Obviously you've never heard of a magic weapon. In any case, do
you even know what that sword did, or are you still oblivious to
the recent events? I'm sure you've noticed the disfigured room a
few seconds ago. For example:" The human pointed to all of the
furniture that became suspended by the power of radiating off
the sword: various tables, chairs, and cabinets. All of which
are either tilted, laying on the wrong side or just laying flat
on the ground, or have broken parts and/or legs. He also pointed
to the bed, which apparently became flipped upside down.
"While you were meditating, almost everything inanimate began to
float, and that mystic blade of yours did the same, though
unlike the furniture, it dragged itself towards its wielder. Get
what I mean by 'Anti-Gravity Sword'? Now tell me, why and how do
you possess such a thing?"
"That I would like to know as well."
Tatsuo's tail swished around, slightly curling up against his
leg as it came in contact with it and then swapped legs.
"Bit nervous?"
"I found it, that's all I'm saying. It's none of your business
so I don't have to tell you anything." Tatsuo watched the
Assassin then went back to get his sword, he grabbed it out from
under the bed.
"I need to buy a new cloth for my blade..." He looked at the
assassin. "You can leave my room now. I'm not leaving you alone
in the room I got."
As if to reinforce his statement, Tatsuo walked around, going up
to every window and tapping it. Shortly after a electric screen
was framed in the window.
After Tatsuo left, the human just went to the living room to
lie down on the floor. Wolfie did the same, but was in Tatsuo's
room instead. Deep in thought, Wolfie didn't notice when the
human left the residence.

Rayya placed herself 15 steps to the rock formation. She eyed
the area timidly. There were odd, trail-like markings coming
from the side to the front. Several foot prints and more
drag-like marking around the area. It almost looks like a
whirlwind of sand. It seems on of the trail marking was from a
boulder in the front of the formation.
A makeshift door? What is it blocking? Rayya quietly thought.
Her curiosity cause her to walk up, placing her hand on the rock
door. The growing threat of dehydration and the need of shelter
was her top priority. Rayya felt a slight vibration from the
rock door.
Hm... it is impossible to use my mind to move it. It is too big.
My Solari can't cut this cleanly. She eyed her hip bag which
donned the Death Orb. I could amplify my powers with it, but
with the risk of becoming corrupt and losing all my willpower to
it. Out of the question.
A huge ripple pulsed from the rock door, causing Rayya to
retract her hand. She leaned her head closer. There was a
rumbling, thunderous sound from the other side of the boulder.
Rayya's eyes widened. Too late to retreat...
The boulder obliterated itself much like an explosion. It tossed
it's debris along with Rayya backwards. Rayya landed on her
back, quickly rolling backwards to her feet. After the sand and
debris settled, a dog sized beetle like creature peered it's
head over the debris. It was joined by three others. Soon after
their debut, 5 humanoid creatures with fly-like wings walked out
too. Their wings reflected the light, showing the contents of
the cave. Among it's walls were 50ish humanoids and 15 beetle
creatures; all donning wings.
One of the beetles on the outside charged Rayya. Acting quickly,
Rayya drew one of her Solari with her right hand. Swing out to
the right, Rayya activated it with her mind. *Sheeek Keeew*
Rayya slashed to the left, but the beetle's horn seems to be
impervious to such attacks. The Solaris ricocheted off. The
beetle took the force however, redirecting it into a diagonal
upper-slash.
"Gehk!" Rayya was throw with it's force. She rolled on her side
many times. The beetle wasn't done, it met her as she looked up
at him from the ground. Another upward slash from the horn
lifted her into the air. This time, a humanoid beetle was there
to continue the combo. Rayya's brow furrowed. She conjured a
telepathic panel while upside down at her feet. She placed her
foot on it, spun, activating her Solaris again. A loud sound
from the airborne enemy alerted the others. He feel with his
head decapitated. Rayya tumbled to the ground.
"It's been a while since I fought. How arrogant of me." Rayya
scolded herself. She deactivated her Solaris, flipping it, and
catching it with the blade potentially pointing at her palm. She
flung Solari down onto the ground, using her mind to make a
panel like a drill, cushioning it. The Solari was now in the
ground.
The same beetle began charging at her, with a humanoid
accomplice trailing it. Rayya waited until the beetle was close,
using it as a springboard, she planted her foot on it's back,
propelling herself to the humanoid's level. At the same time,
she twirled her hand downward, effectively activating her
Solaris in the ground. The Solaris acted as a spear, penetrating
him, and closes in on her for retrieval.
In an attempt for a downward slash, Rayya moves confidently,
however, a second humanoid beetle flies above the one she is
aiming for with his tongue in a rope-like fashion, lassoing
itself around her wrist. Open with not much room for
counterattack, the humanoid she was targeting slashes downward
on her arm, and tries for another on her neck in 4/10's for a
second. Rayya places her left hand in front of her, creating her
impenetrable telepathic panel. His blade ricochets, however she
is now pulled off and slammed onto the ground.
Being dragged by the tongue isn't pleasant. Rayya pulls her
right entangled arm up to her head. She notices small holes on
the tongue the are like tunnels from one end to another. She
uses her telepathic panel in it, effectively expanding it. It's
tongue snapped in two.
Rayya rolls to the right, flinging her Solaris at him. She turns
around to her pursuer, retracting her hand to catch the Solaris
returning to her, she stabs him instinctively. She sidesteps to
the left, turning and facing him as he makes his landing, dead.
She hears a rumble behind her, she attempts to turn to it, but
is impaled by the single horn from behind. She stares at it as
she is lifted off the ground. She flings her Solaris to the
cave, the beetles and humanoids retreat back inside from it's
light. She is thrown in the air, onto a mid-sized rock, then
onto the ground. She watches the blood taint the sand. She lifts
her hand, calling her Solaris to her.
"I need... to sleep anyway..."

Lyra blinked, her eyes widened in shock at the sight of Ariel
before. She pulled off her glasses and rubbed her eyes. Maybe
she was just daydreaming? Or...was the real-life princess Ariel
standing before her. Readjusting her glasses on her face she
opened her mouth to speak, as though she had something great to
say. Then closed it again. Then open. Then closed. At last she
took a deep breath and said...well more like screamed.
"OHMYGOODNESSPRINCESSARIEL!!! THESUPERDANGEROUSONE!!!
THEONEWHOCANDOALLTHATMAGIC! ANDSHE'SLOOKINGFORMYFRIENDREIYANNE?
WOWYOURHAIRISSOPRETTY! ICAN'TBELIEVEYOUKNOWMYNAME! MY NAME IS
LYRA! LYRA ALMERI IM THE PRIESTESS OH BUT YOU PROBABLY ALREADY
KNOW THAT! BUT WOW! THE REAL PRINCESS IS HERE!
AT...MY...CHURCH...KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! REIYANNE IS RIGHT
INSIDE!!!"
She took a deep breath and squealed again. She giggled and in a
more normal tone she spoke again, "Please, come right in!" She
opened the door to the church.

Lyra blinked and her eyes widened at the sight of her. After
pulling off her glasses she starts rubbing her eyes. She
readjusts her glasses on her face and opens her mouth to speak
but then closes it. She repeats the process one more time, and
Ariel finally realized Lyra was in shock. She smiles nervously
and is about to say something when Lyra takes a deep breath and
starts gushing.
"OHMYGOODNESSPRINCESSARIEL!!! THESUPERDANGEROUSONE!!!
THEONEWHOCANDOALLTHATMAGIC! ANDSHE'SLOOKINGFORMYFRIENDREIYANNE?
WOWYOU'REHAIRISSOPRETTY! ICAN'TBELIEVEYOUKNOWMYNAME! MY NAME IS
LYRA! LYRA ALMERI IM THE PRIESTESS OH BUT YOU PROBABLY ALREADY
KNOW THAT! BUT WOW! THE REAL PRINCESS IS HERE!
AT...MY...CHURCH...KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! REIYANNE IS RIGHT
INSIDE!!!"
She takes another deep breath and squeals. After giggling she
spoke in a more normal tone, "Please, come right in!" She opened
the door to the church. Ariel was a bit taken back by Lyra's
reaction to her, it was definitely a first.
"Ah... Uh, Thank you." Ariel said as she blushed at the
"YOURHAIRISSOPRETTY!"
Ariel quickly walked inside, when she came out of the hallway
into the living room she saw Reiyanne cuddled up with a little
boy on the couch. Around 10-12 years old Ariel guessed.
"Hey Reiyanne. " Ariel said with a smile.

Tatsuo sighed as he walked through the town, looking at the
passing buildings it seemed the path he took was more of the
housing district. "New places...suck.." He mumbled to himself,
pausing for a moment and looked around, soon a little boy that
looked about walked up to him and stared. Tatsuo tilted his head
and looked back at the boy, wondering whether he was just like
everyone else or different.
"What's wrong?" The boy didn't answer, but grabbed Tatsuos
finger started walking leading him somewhere. "Hey...uhm.. I
can't really play right now, though if you know where I can find
a shop that has fabrics or anything that'd be great." The boy
didn't reply, he just continued leading Tatsuo somewhere. Tatsuo
didn't want to be rude so he let the boy lead him, they soon
stopped at a small house, its condition on the outside was very
out of place.
"Uhm..what are we doing here if you don't mind me asking..." The
boy let go of his paw and opened the door, wating for Tatsuo to
follow. Tatsuo shruged lightly, his curiosity starting to raise
he entered the house, there wasn't much lighting so he raised a
paw and charged it with a bit of electricity lighting up a small
portion of the area. The boy stood what seemed to be the middle
of the room and stared at Tatsuo, holding his hands out in the
way a knight was giving a blade to royalty. "Erm..." Tatsuo
tilted his head a little confused, though he knew the boy wanted
his blade. "Unless you're the alchemist, you're not having my
sword, sorry. That and you're just a boy, I don't want you
hurting yourself on it." The boy remained in the pose, waiting
again for Tatsuo, Tatsuo flicked his tail a few times looking at
the boy, he didn't want to be rude but he didn't want to hand
over his blade so he stared back.

and stared rather blankly at Tatsuo, raising suspicion to Eilam.
"What's wrong?" The kid didn't say anything, but merely grabbed
onto the Bastet's finger and led him somewhere, Eilam following.
"Hey...uhm.. I can't really play right now, though if you know
where I can find a shop that has fabrics or anything that'd be
great." Kiddy kid kiddo still kept his mouth shut and led him to
an odd house whose outsides seemed very out of place.
"Uhm..what are we doing here if you don't mind me asking..." The
boy let go of Tatsuo's paw and opened the door, wanting for him
to follow. Tatsuo shrugged lightly and went in, lighting up the
house a bit. The kid stood seemingly at the center of the room
and continued to stare, holding his hands out in the way a
knight was giving a blade to royalty, clearly wanting the Bastet
to hand over his sword. Eilam instantly recognized this stance
as an "Honoring Gesture", a ruse in the form of an
innocent-looking act; the boy was no doubt trying to steal
Tatsuo's sword for his own. "Erm..." The Bastet's head tilted in
a confused manner. "Unless you're the alchemist, you're not
having my sword, sorry. That and you're just a boy, I don't want
you hurting yourself on it." "That's smart, giving a good hint
of your weapon's capabilities to a random thief..." The boy
didn't seem phased by Tatuso's denial, and continued his
gesture. The kitty cat flicked his tail a few times and
eventually looked back at the boy, seemingly beginning a staring
contest.
Still cloaked but unwilling to alert Tatsuo or the thief boy,
Eilam decided to wait it out, let the two play their cards first
before he could make a move.

Reiyanne sat up in the seat, at the sight of Ariel.
"Oh, hello!" she replied in a soft tone, smiling back at her. It
was nice to see her again. Blue blinked at her surprise before
shyly waving at her. "This young boy, is Blue. Is there
something you need, from me? How have you been, Ariel?" That was
rather forward, but it was to be direct if anything. She was a
princess, there had to be a reason for her visit. Maybe there
wasn't one? Who knows.
