Alcubra
By: Acedhero Date: July 29, 2012, 6:40 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
Introduction: -working on it x.o-

What the Grand chase did in Alcubra:
· Restored the Kunji's treasure.
· Killed Sethek, or Sethek was defeated and fled in shame.
(more or so leaning towards he got killed)
· Killed Aranya.
What happened after they left or w/e:
· Kunji homes were saved. No de-forestation (assuming
Alcubra is a pure desert continent and that the Kunji’s
treasure is what makes forest life possible. basing this off the
dialogue in the game. Also what should be the treasure be
exactly..?) · Bug people started putting themselves back
together after the death of their queen and after they talked
with the Grand chase themselves ( ??? on the talking with GC
part)
· Goblins fell part, then put themselves back together
after getting over the fact Sethek got owned. Lives quietly by
themselves. Interacting with the other races only when they have
to: trading, policital reasons, etc.

Kunji Stuff Appearance : Same as in-game. Male = orange, female
= pink

Status with other races:
Humans: Very friendly with them.
Bug people: Get along fine.
Goblins: Don’t like them because they don’t like
humans. Doesn’t communicate with them.
What are they are like:
Kunji are generally peace lovers. They are a emotionally bunch.
Passionate. Will never intend to do anything to hurt their
community.

Government: Elder Kunji, council of the former Elder Kunjis?
Elder Kunji is always concerned about the safety of his/her
people. Always puts that first before anything else.( Pure?
Elder is chosen through trials and a election among the past
Kunji elders?)

Rules of their society: Strict, but loose at the same time.
General rules + rules on taking care of the forest.
Kunji religion: ??? ?

Races that live with the Kunji and their reasons:

Humans/Bug people: Just prefer to live there. Personal reasons
included.

Elves: 1.They prefer living there even though its away from
their kingdom.
2. Elven queen sent some elven agents to Alcubra in
case a relic is there. Giving them a head start in the race for
the relic. (Ray’s call)

Kunji racial differences (What sets them apart/what they excel
at)

General Kunji: More stamina than the average/normal human.
Kunji warriors: Big in physique. More stamina than the average
human warrior. Maybe strength too.
Kunji Archers: Specialize in trap arrows and sharp
shooting(Might take out sharp shooting).
Kunji magicians: Healing magic. Enchanting, Support magic.
Kunji Elementalist: Common Elemental magic Earth/Nature,
Water/Ice, Wind, Light, Darkness?
Fire and Lightning =uncommon
Kunji fighters: heavy, hard hitting attacks as well as chi
attacks however it needs some preperation time.
Kunji Alchemists: Potion making.

Bug people (Diff name than this plz
! And this is only refering to the people that live in the
tunnel of lost hope or w/e)

Appearance: More humanoid than what we see ingame. Don’t
really wear a lot of clothing. Guys, pants or lioncloth at best?
Girls are normal.

Status with other races:
Humans: They are neutral to humans, they understand they acted
in self-defense when they killed their other queen Aranya.
Kunji: They get along with each other fine.
Goblins: Look down on them b/c their "Deity" was defeated by the
Grand chase. Interact with them only when they have to. Attitude
towards them is a bit hostile and condescending.

What they are like:
They embrace the idea of using logic and reasoning in their
daily lives. Smart. (There's a extent of how good they are at
applying it for the general public.) They love a good debate.
Very strict on rules. Life expectancy is longer than a humans.

Government: Bug queen
Bug queen: She has a tight rein on her emotions. Has her own
advisor for a 2nd opinion and to debate decisions. really good
at reasoning and using logic. Like the Elder Kunji, cares for
her community and puts them first.

Bug queen selection: Like humans, she has children and the
eldest inherits the throne.

Rules of society: Strict and ironclad tight. Punishments are
more serve than the Kunji’s.

No religion

Bug people racial differences (What sets them apart/what they
excel at)

General: Fast. Their shell itself is like a sort of armor. Some
have harder shell than others.
Bug warriors: not into heavy armor. Values mobility and swift
attacks.
Bug archers: Sharp shooting/Rapid fire shooting.
Bug magicians: Excels at mind magic. Enchantments, buffers?
Bug Elementalist, Earth, fire, wind, lightning, dark, light.
Water is a bit uncommon (Not sure.)
Bug fighters: swift movements and fast attacks. Instead of using
chi for attacks they use it to enhance their fighting abilities?

Stone Clan Goblins
Appearance: Same as in game…? Or more humanoid, guys with
no shirt and girls are normal.

Status with other races:
Humans: Hate them since they killed Sethek. Looked down on too?
Kunji: Thinks they're soft. Don't communicate with them.
Bug people: Hate them. ‘How dare they look down on us when
their queen was also killed by the Grand chase too’
attitude whenver the topic comes up.

What they are like: -drawing a blank here- Take pride that
Sethek was their Deity.

Beliefs: Still believe that Sethek was a Deity. Believe humans
killed their Deity to show how powerful they are or some bull
crap. Best defense is to have a great offense,

Government: Military dictatorship with someone who wants to show
the greatness of the goblins, just b/c their Deity got owned
doesnt mean they can be looked down upon. Or an Absolute
monarchy with some guy who intercepts the will of Sethek by
communing with him from the underworld supposedly.

What they eat: Anything that’s edible and digestible.

Stone clan goblin racial differences
General: Aggressive fighting style, and b/c of that they are
more reckless than the average person.
Goblin warriors: Berserker like. Brutal fighting style. Maces, 2
handed swords, Axes, two handed axes, (Pretty much anything
that's big and draws a lot of blood.) (??)
Goblin archers:
Goblin mages: Destructive magic, curses, illusionist. Not much
healers despite the fact berserkers keep getting hurt lol…
(Essentially any kind of magic that are annoying and bad or
strong.)
Goblin Elementalist, Darkness, fire and lightning, earth. Water,
and light is a bit uncommon.

Kanavan and Serdin's situation: Possible truce, they won’t
go to war on their home continent. Archmedia is okay since they
are on different sides. Agreed to only fight openly for the
relic once it appears on wherever. Then... yeah...? (Ray's
approval needed. Not entirely sure. )

Desert environment: Exactly what it’s like in the real
world. Except there will be monsters and more mirages.

Forest environment: Similar to the tropics without all/too much
of the humidity. Sun, sun sun. Actual real life bugs (?) Some
weird fantasy bugs too. No dry seasons. Rainfall is controlled
by the Kunji’s treasure.

Tunnels of lost hope environment: Underground fashioned houses.
Completely molded out of the earth. Doors and windows are
probably the only wooden part of the house.

Possible Relic scenarios

Goblins get to it first, they take it home and start using its
power wage war against the Kunji and the bug people.
[li]Hidden in the abandoned castle.[/li]
[li]. Relic is there attracting monsters that loiter around
the castle. It went past the shiny stage and is acting
abnormally. A curse is put over the whole desert, making anyone
who enters go mad, become mutated, or a zombie which attacks
anything.[/li]
[li]. Crazy dude is in the castle with the relic and is
experimenting with its powers. Same effects as stated in
2a.[/li]
Hidden somewhere in the vast desert
[li]Nest of sandworms or w/e[/li]
[li]4a. It makes the sand worms really aggressive. Same
scenario as the sand of illusions? It got eaten by one and he
mutated like hell. Or they think the relic is one of their
eggs.[/li]
Hidden near the 3 mountains.
[li]5a. Go thru trials b/c something tells us to. Or
that’s the only way to get to the relic. Blah blah
blah… something something… [/li]
Sethek leads the goblins against the Kunji. during the
war the relic reveals itself. The goblins get ahold of it first
and continues to wage war.
[li]Race for the relic causes it to be Kunji/Bug people vs
Goblins vs Kanvan vs Serdin. Kunji and bug people could break
their alliance. (Vs. Us Vs. Those people from Archemedia. [/li]
[li]Goblins raid the Kunji and take their treasure which is
actually the relic. Goblins use the relic to wage war on the bug
people so they can take their territory. Bug people make an
alliance with Kunji and together they fight against the Goblins.
[/li]
Currently working on the common beliefs among each race and the
rules. idk how i missed that =.=;
Would like your input guys, and feel free to shot me down
wherever. I think i deserve it after taking so long ^^;
Have any questions on things, feel free to ask and i'll try to
explain why i put it there.

Still in editing mode >.>; (?)
Sorry for taking such a long time x.x;
Cya 2morrow. 2-8 pm pst i'll probably be on.

Interesting, especially about the relic causing mutations, but I
have a few concerns:
-What happened to Barakhufu, the goblin that Sethek imprisoned?
His mischievous laughter implies scheming.
-We can't possibly know that just Aranya was the entire queen of
the whole insect colony, or if she was evil. The first natural
instinct of a mother and her eggs is to defend her nest. Also,
have you forgotten the Sand Ruler, who can give birth to live
young?
-If I remember correctly, a Crown of Sands fragment was the
Kungji's treasure, or what the GC assumed.
-400 years later, are the Kungji better at their English, or are
we still going to hear a lot of one-word sentences and "kungs"?
-For the Kungji's gender, how about the color of their fur?
Oranges are males and pinks are female.
-Elves... Are these related to the Elven Corps of Beremsiah, or
are an entirely different clan?
-For the bug heritage, according to wikipedia, queen bees goad
themselves on royal jelly, then after they hatch they kill all
the other queen bees (except their mommy, of course) until one
is left standing. If the mommy is still alive, her daughter will
take her place upon death, although her drones might kill the
old queen.
-Will the relic's "curse" affect us too?

1 We assume the original GC dealt with him
2 Where did Ace say Aranya is bad ? The Sand ruler was dealt
with, no need to mention it anymore.
3 Crown of sands has nothing to do with the relic. We already
know Sand Ruler was the thief.
4 We have lived with dogs for thousand of years, do they talk or
do they bark ?
5 Seriously... who cares about Kungji's gender... Do you want to
have a furry baby or what ?
6 Elves... they can just be a small tribe or whatever
7 We should look at ants since GC's bug looks more like them...
there again, there are all kinds of giant bugs so we can assume
there are different species thus way of ruling, I don't think a
giant scorpion will go along well with human.
8 Yeah... you might get a brain from it... Seriously, your
choice dude, it's a rp.

2 I was given the implication that she was evil, since her
community had to "reorganize" themselves prior to her death. As
for Sand Ruler, it "dropped something and then disappeared"
technically doesn't mean it died (even if this is a game
element, not all bosses were killed). But, whether it lived or
there are more sand beetles is up to you folks.
3 I never said if it was related to the relic...
4 This isn't the real-world. This is Grand Chase where most
animals have spoken fluent English.
5 Was a response to Ace's "Still have no idea how to tell the
difference between male and females DX"

2 Even if she was evil after centuries her people might have
become good.

4 All monster cards have some form of dialogue. If counting
dungeons, Harpy Queen, Red Gorgos, Krakos, King Guang, Aron, and
probably more have been known to speak.

Harpies are hybrids of birds and humans; they are animals.
Gorgos' design is based off of a dragon and has all the traits
of an animal, otherwise what the hell is it?
Krakos is a crab and they are animals.
King Guang is a serpent and they are animals.
Aron is a hybrid of a pig and a human; they are animals.
Point is, creatures including insects and animals have been
known to speak English.
Why haven't you questioned Ace yet? We shouldn't be trailing off
the main point of this page.
Fruitless arguing is fruitless...
