Weakness:
- The wind attribute breaks the concentration for lightning
- His curious nature might cause him to over look things
- Carrying the sword around and not knowing how to use it
properly makes it get in the way often, hindering his movements
Strengths:
- As a feline he has excellent reflexes
- As a feline, his hunting skills are above average
- His tail can prove to be an advantage in fights
Other Important Details:
- Has a job as delivery at a restaurant in the town.
- Absolutely hates it when people freak out and scream over the
fact that he's an anthropedic cat that can speak. (He sometimes
goes into a destructive fit)
-He doesn't mind being pet but prefers not to be since it shows
the submissive side of him.
-The battle gloves he uses can also channel magic allowing him
to cast from beginner to intermediate level spells.
- The typical hate of getting wet, but since he uses the
lightning element his hate is stronger for it and stops him from
using his power, unless he wishes to get electrocuted.

Backstory:
It wasn't easy for Tatsuo to grow up in a town where there are
no other anthromorphic beings in the area or probably even on
the entire continent. Majority of his childhood in Silverland
was hard, always being mis-treated by other children and adults.
He took an interest in the hand-to-hand combat the land was
famous for, and the chances of him actually getting into a class
was near impossible. So he'd always watch some classes through a
window for as long as he could without getting caught. Since
majority of the lessons he's seen required a partener he focused
on mastering the usage of Chi through meditating.
During training his tattoo was starting to react to the amount
of focus for his stronger Chi based attacks, said reactions
were; Long-Ranged chi attacks moved faster, majority of his
attacks started to get electrically charged, and his tattoo on
his right arm would glow a golden yellow color sometimes. After
a couple years, swaying away from mastering chi usage and going
into using the lightning power he was born with. One day during
his training in the usual empty vacant feild it was beginning to
storm, he figured this would be a great opportunity to use
natures lightning with his own he also wished to make a
lightning dragon but he never had enough power to do it himself.
He began focusing all the energy he could to create a large
lightning ball, you could see the clouds crawling with its
natural white/light blue lightning. He started to mould the ball
into a serpent form and sent it towards the sky, as Tatsuo's
lightning serpent neared the clouds it grew 5 times it original
size and crawled into the clouds, its head poked out and let out
a loud roar which shook the ground and instantly caught the
attention of everyone in town.
Tatsuo just stood there in awe as the lightning dragon emerged
from the clouds and headed straight for him, the people of the
town all gathered in a good enough distance it watch this
incredible happening. There was a sudden flash of light from the
sky, completely different from the lightning around, a slash
followed down the dragons body, it let out a loud roar and
exploded knocking Tatsuo over from the shockwave, lightning
crawling all over the ground. Then there was a loud crash behind
him, a sword was there after the dust cleared away, as soon as
all seemed safe a couple of guards approached the sword ignoring
Tatsuo. There was one man who approached Tatsuo to see if he was
ok, he nodded and the man carried him off giving him a place to
rest. After a couple of days being cared for by this kind
person he offered Tatsuo a job to be a delivery boy for their
services, Tatsuo agreed happily finally being accepted by
someone and being of use for the town.
After a couple of paychecks Tatsuo finally signed up to join
the main dojo at the age of 14, his friend from work, Sakia
Skywolf joined Tatsuo in signing up for the dojo. They both had
the goal of being strong warriors for the town and possibly
becoming an official guard, once he was reconized for his great
usage of chi and reflexes the word of him getting a near perfect
score on the entry test flew across town. Tatsuo was happy that
he was being recognized for the skills that he had, hopefully
this increased the chances of him getting a spot as being a
guard for the town. Years passed and Tatsuo finally graduated
from the dojo at age 19 along with Jin, he then remembered the
day when the sword fell from the sky. He went over to the spot
to where it fell at stared at it for a moment wondering if he
created it, he went to reach for it and his dragon tattoo
started to vibrate his arm and glow.
He wasn't concerned by this happening so he continued for it and
grabbed the handle and easily pulled the blade out, his arm
glowed even brighter he tried to focus on the power coming from
is arm but it was too much for him. He switched the sword to his
other paw and the glow stopped but now his fur was standing on
end due to the electricity that came out. Jin patted down
Tatsuo's fur and congradulated him for pulling out the sword,
Tatsuo was really curious to what power this sword had for it to
make his dragon mark react like that. He went to the towns
alchemist to see if he knew anything, unfortunately he didn't
know anything. He did however tell Tatsuo to go to Alcubra and
find the alchemist there for they had more knowledge about
mysterious items such as this blade.
His new goal was to learn more about the sword which he called
"The Forgotten" and his dragon symbol, he was sure that the town
wouldn't care for his leave...except Jin. He returned home with
Jin where he began to pack things for his departure, which
mostly contained his favorite food, a 2L bottle of water,
clothes, 3 tickets for the airship, and a special gift from the
dojo he trained at. It was a pair of rune enhanced gloves that
would help him concentrate his lightning powers onto his fists.
He set off to the docking station for the next air ship to Ellia
continent, once he got to Ellia he transferred ships which
brought him over majority of Ellia then switching to his final
ship which would bring him to Alcubra. His travel from
Silverland to Alcubra took him about 2-3 days, he settled in the
towns inn to rest before he left off to find the alchemist he
came for.
