       Pax was born to Diana & Barnaby Collier in Thornton Hough in the
       summer of ‘89. His mother passed away when he was twelve years
       old and his father became somewhat distant after the fact. The
       loss of companionship spun him away from his son for several
       years but on Paxton’s 21st birthday, his surprise visitor was
       his old man, whom knocked on the door a little after two,
       rambling on about how he wanted to get there before all the
       school traffic blocked the road and how he wished the boy had
       never left. His father understood why, though. He owned up to a
       lot of his own faults in handling the situation and the two
       reconciled. Paxton remains in Parkgate - but his door is open
       for his father any time, day or night and the offer is a mutual
       agreement for the pair of them. Hel met Pax through his father
       when she delivered flowers to Thornton Hall on the wedding
       anniversary of a couple of guests and Barnaby took them off her
       hands. Her florist became popular as a result of praise from the
       older male and positive feedback, word of mouth and genuine
       common courtesy. Paxton wanted to meet the girl his father spoke
       highly of - and he popped over to the hotel one afternoon and
       she just happened to be on another delivery. But as she was
       heading out the main doors, he was heading through them and
       knocked her over a couple feet as his haste swung the door right
       into her & she blacked out a half hour. Barnaby - scolding his
       adult son for rendering the woman he had wanted to befriend
       unconscious, had no apologies strong enough for when she came
       back around. Paxton, however, made up for it with coffee and
       cake at the little cafe back in Parkgate when he cornered her
       into letting him.
       (  I know this one is up on tumblr, as are most of the others,
       but I trust the forum more than tumblr for saving things in case
       anything goes wrong!  )

       Oh my! I'm so happy to see more about Paxton on here! :-D He
       seems like such a sweet thing and Col has considered adopting
       him even if he is an adult and Cage has tried to shush her up
       about it. ;) and that first meeting with Helene deserves to be
       novel length to be honest. I can't wait to see more of him!
