Holistic Tips, Tricks, and Reccomendations for turning over a

Not sure if I've told you about this but I started a complete
overhaul of my diet as a whole. I am trying to clean up my life
a bit, move more, eat less and in a healthier fashion and holy
cow it's expensive. I've tried my damnedest to attempt the
vegan lifestyle but I've crashed and burned a tiny bit. I was a
lacto vegetarian all the way through high school and I was at
the top of my game, somewhere along the line I slipped back into
the meat eating diet, probably right around the time I started
college because I never had any real time to think about what I
was eating. I've since instead adopted a " no chicken, pork, or
beef but eggs, dairy, fish, and shellfish occasionally" ( fish
or shellfish maybe twice a week and perhaps some a small serving
of cheese or a boiled egg thrice weekly ) approach rounded out
with as much fruit and veg that I can get into a day, organic if
possible even though I could cry at the prices. I have noticed
however that since the change in my diet certain perfume oils
carry differently on me and I have yet to figure out as to why.
I've also noticed a change in my energy levels and sleep
patterns ( for the better ) and that my nails are growing like
crazy. I do have one thing to throw out there if you're
interested. If you're like me and aren't that big of a breakfast
person a smoothie is the way to go. Coconut milk, a little
frozen fruit/ greens ( I'm partial to blueberries, bananas,
spinach, and peaches ) a few pitted dates and packet of Vega One
powder and swirl in the blender and I'm good to go. Do you have
any tips or tricks to share?
