Trinity

Summary: Trinity is a tiny town nestled in the hills of Eastern
Kentucky right on the Harlan County line. You'll find no frills
or putting on of airs here, just humble blue collar people. Half
of which are either employed by Rutner's Lumber Mill, which is
slowly dying or the equally financially strapped Fullerton Coal
Company who's hay day spanned four decades. It was thought to be
curtains for the tiny burg in the Hills until Quartland Mine
rolled in to "save" the town, or so it's inhabitants were told.
"Jobs are a plenty, there's more than enough to go around." they
said. Money's being made hand over fist but the men that break
their backs down in the deep dark pits have yet to see more than
a few pennies of it. What they once thought to be a God send to
their dwindling town is a harbinger of disaster and heartache
for nearly every resident that calls Trinity their home. One
family clings together by any means they can - through hope,
faith, and sheer tenacity.
