Oh I love them! Most of my movie collection is made of thrillers
that get the blood racing or the mind turning. I recently got
the courage up to watch all three Paranormal Activity movies and
I thought my heart was never going to return to a normal pace,
haha. Have you got a favorite thriller? I've got to many to
mention but if I had to narrow it down I'd have to go with
Suspriria from the Three Mothers trilogy. It's an older movie
but it never fails to give a bit of a jump, haha.

Same here, they are usually the only movies that catch my full
attention. I didn't like the Paranormal Activity movies much,
they were a bit soft to me haha. But, there was one scene in
particular in the first movie that had me scared to fall asleep
the night I watched it. Katie I think is the womans name, I
can't remember, but when they are both sleeping and she is
pulled out of bed by her leg and dragged down the stairs.. I had
to leave my lamp on for a few nights after that hehe. I can't
say I have ever seen the Three Mothers Trilogy but the older
horrors do tend to scare a lot, might consider watching that
now. If I had to choose, it would be a tie between White Noise,
What Lies Beneath and The Others. They have always made me jump
and I still do whenever I watch them, no matter how many times I
have. I also love japanese horrors, they never fail to get your
skin crawling.

Oh I don't think I slept for a day, haha. I loved your top
three. I still get a bit unsettled when a dense fog rolls in and
I end up being the one to walk the dog through it I'm convinced
I'll end up meeing someone from my past or something, haha. I'm
the same way if I enjoyed a movie I've got to watch it a few
times to get the full experience. That's very true about
Japanese horrors I can remember seeing one over at a friend's
house when I was in high school and both os us being too upset
to sleep, it was a shame we had midterms the next the day, haha.
I'm not sure if you're into silent suspense films but I came
across a copy of the silent version of Nosferatu and fell in
love with it. There's something about it that just left me
unsettled even if I couldn't hear the actor's actual voices.

I'm so thankful we don't have a dog for scary things like that
haha. I couldn't imagine being able to stay sane whilst walking
a dog through such a thick fog. Ah! do you remember the name of
that jap horror by chance? I've watched quite a number of them
since discrovering how terrifying they are. Even though I'm
always aware a movie frightens me, I watch it anyway. There's
something exciting about scaring yourself half to death. I've
seen clips of that I believe, and the silence alone is horribly
scary. I think I might look into it further :]

I've got to agree with you there, I believe that we as humans
love seeing the dark scary side of things no matter how truly
scary they are. I believe the movie was called Dark Water. I
think the director also directed the Grudge movies also.

Oh I know that one! :] I haven't watched it in a while to be
honest. I'm not too fond of the Grudge movies cause they didn't
frighten me enough :/ but the idea behind them is very scary!
