Favorite Johnny Depp Movie?

I'm not sure if I've asked this or not but if I have please
forgive me. I'm going through a tiny Johnny Depp phase, seeing
him as Tonto in The Lone Ranger the other night sparked it. So,
what's your favorite Johnny Depp movie? For me it's the
following;
Cry Baby
Sleepy Hollow
Chocolat
Edward Scissorhands
What's Eating Gilbert Grape?
Pirate of Caribbean
The Ninth Gate

I have yet to see The Lone Ranger but have been looking forward
to it for a while now. I must get a move on and borrow the dvd
from my dad. You've listed some of his best there and thank you
for sharing :D I used to list every film he's ever been in when
asked which my favourite was, but I think I'll be able to narrow
it down now:
— Pirates Of The Caribbean (all of them really, but my favourite
of the franchise is At World's End)
— Alice In Wonderland
— The Libertine
— Finding Neverland
— Benny & Joon
— Secret Window
— The Astronaut's Wife
— Don Juan DeMarco
— The Brave (this is a beautiful film, but not an awful lot of
people know about it)
Also, 21 Jump Street. I really loved him in that 80's series; it
was so much fun and the theme is too catchy not to fall in love
with.

Oh you won't be dissapointed my dear, I didn't go in with high
hopes based on the reviews it was given but I was amazed. Just
goes to show that those crituqes wouldn't know the good stuff if
it bit them. I have to say though you've listed some of his
great ones, I've sadly never seen The Brave or The Libertine.
I've got to see them both, although I don't think The Brave was
released here. I shall hunt it down, now the Libertine I've
heard of I actually did a few papers on the Earl of Rochester
back in high school for my Psych and Sociology classes, very
interesting fellow so I've got to sit down and watch the film.
Right you are about 21 Jump Street, is it odd to say that it was
ring tone at one point? :-[ I spied The Astronaut's Wife on
your list, that movie creeped me out a tiny bit but I loved it
none the less. I feel a Deppathon in the works. :-D
I meant to add on Dead Man, not sure if you've seen it but it's
awesome as is Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas.
