A Tale Of Technological Serendipity

*authors note* Disclaimer - I own nothing, I simply borrowed a
few characters I make nothing from these works of fiction, they
done for the sheer enjoyment of creating and sharing. I mean no
ill will toward anyone mentioned within the confides of this
fictional piece. If you would like to post my work elsewhere
please ask me first, I promise I won't bite. :) Enjoy!
Forgive me, I've no idea where the muse came up with this one
but I've got the ball rolling on it. I've changed a few of the
last names to make it a bit different this time around. Also,
looks like the female muse has taken the form of dear Florence
Welch, forgive me!

Summary -
A string of failed relationships, an upcoming birthday (this is
the second year she's turning 26), and the day to day of running
a small used book store situated in the outskirts of Melbourne
are leaving Evie Hatcher gasping for air. She figured she would
have done something more with her life by now. Some unscheduled
time off is just what the doctor ordered (literally) So off she
goes to collect her thoughts in a far flung place, little does
she know that a bit of serendipity will touch her life and
change it for the better.
Evelyn Evie Hatcher Bookworm, audiophile, chocoholic, self
professed neurotic are all words that could sum up our dear
Evie. Also a small time matchmaker for the fine people of
Melbourne who are regulars in her shop, Once Upon A Tome. The
quiet dreamer of the Hatcher clan.
Charlotte Lottie Hatcher World traveler, writer, musician's
muse, coffee lover. Holds a degree in ancient studies and
teaches part time at the local university when she's not globe
trotting or in the middle of the desert on a dig. Has yet to be
matched up by Evie but all in due time. The go getter/fun one of
the family.
Ardeth Bay Part time musician, writer, lover of sweets, patron
of Once Upon A Tome, torch barer for the lovely Lottie. (if only
she knew), also a fellow professor of Egyptian studies at the
local college. A transplant to the Melbourne area and is still
trying to get used to the change of life. Rumor has it Evie's
got her eye on him as a love match for her dear sister.
Walter Wally Tillens Musician, artist, lover of vinyl and
rare books, also has a bit of a sweet tooth. Owner of the small
bakery, Half Baked Confections just down the street from a
certain bookshop. A bit of a dreamer with a sunny outlook and
can do attitude.

I know it is too early to say this, but I think I'm in love with
the story already. Your banners are perfect and I very nearly
fell out of my chair when I spotted Oded, heh. Your playlist..
another one that I'd like to adopt. The 101 Dalmatian tracks
were a huge part of my childhood so I had fun listening to those
again! and the other tracks you've chosen are also wonderful. I
also adore the descriptions and summary and am excited for this
one to begin *-*
