Music You're Loving Right Now

Ok, I'll admit it I get quite a few of my ideas from my music
choices. I've recently stumbled upon an artist and album that
I'm head over heels with and thought I might spread it around a
bit. His name is Peter Murphy and the album ,which is as old as
I am, is called Deep. Something about his voice really gets the
creative processes going. I hate to have so many unfinished
stories on here ( I feel like I'm taking up your space.) but
this might have started a new Gary character story. I just have
to narrow it down, haha. Anyway, for your listening enjoyment
here's a favorite track of mine from the album.

It's the same for me when it comes to music and inspiration.
Lyrics and melodies are the biggest players in the world of
developing storylines and such, which is probably the best thing
for writers. Ideas from elsewhere are good, but they don't seem
to delve deep enough into the plot we want. I find that certain
lyrics help with that. Please don't think you're taking up space
on the forum with your stories, there's plenty of room for as
many creations as you can manage! :] I believe it is unlimited,
if I remember correctly when I was reading the support forum
last night, haha. Thank you for sharing the link!
I can't believe I've never heard of him before. It's a shame how
some really good artists are pushed aside thanks to other bands
who get all the fame for their looks and predictabilities. I
really like that song! :) I think I'll be listening to the rest
of that album now that you've introduced me to it :D
I want to share the beautiful track below because I first heard
it (shockingly) two nights ago, even though I have adored The
Lion King for a long time!

Aww why thank you! You've made me blush :) Woo! for this
wonderful forum being unlimited! You're quite right about ideas
from elsewhere not delving deep enough and honestly if I could
thank every artist or band of artists who's music has helped
form my creative processes I'd have a huge list, haha. How in
the world did I miss this gem?! I'm loving it! Hmm, me thinks I
might just tie that in with my Multicultural unit for the
center, thank you! I couldn't agree more, there are artists out
there that are phenomenal and get passed up by record companies
and fan bases alike because they don't fit a certain "look" or
"sound" and that ticks me off. I'm so glad you enjoy the song
and I believe Mr. Murphy was in a rather interesting band called
Bauhaus, sadly I didn't put two and two together until about a
week ago. (I was introduced them through the 120 Minutes program
on VH1.)

Likewise :] there are so many that are helpful when it comes to
writing. I used to find inspiration absolutely everywhere, but
these days I seem to struggle and need to really look around for
it. Ooh, that's a really good idea! and I missed it too, many
times it seems. I listened to the soundtracks for those movies
multiple times, but never really heard that one. Perhaps I
skipped it because I did not know it, haha. I tend to do that a
lot with music. I could buy an album of a band I love, but only
ever play the tracks I know. I went through a serious 80's phase
a few months back and managed to find a whole load of bands who
no one had even heard of before, and they were quite brilliant.
It really is a shame that they are ignored. Thank you for the
extra details! I shall look them up as well :]

Apologies if any of those do not play. Youtube seemed to have a
lot of issues with people from certain countries watching them a
while back, but I'm not sure what their policy is now. The last
song in that lot, if it plays, is one of their best.

I did not expect much from this movie and even after watching
it, my thoughts remained the same. I didn't really enjoy it at
all, but this particular piece of music that played throughout
kept me entertained. The sequence that starts at 1:15 and
repeats over the length of the track is beautiful. I literally
have no words for it, so I've just been playing it over and over
again.
And, it's good background music for my Jackie story. Somehow,
the emotion pouring through these notes reminds me of him.

That song is awesome and quite fitting for your story. I myself
actually didn't enjoy the movie all that much (I feel horrible
admitting that so please forgive me.) Here's the song that
inspired me to name little Aisling. I was first introduced to
this song at a local festival known as the Celtic Fling.
Although I must admit the person that covered it didn't do it
justice I'm afraid.

I have it on repeat again at the moment as I'm tidying things
up, haha. I don't blame you for not enjoying the movie. I didn't
really follow it much, and then the storyline was quite poor, so
that didn't help. Plus, Gary had another evil character and I
hated him in it, haha. I like the song you shared! the lyrics
are really nice :] and I loveee the Irish twang! anything sounds
good with that xD
