BAN APPEAL!! BS

Was Banned on Monday September 25 in the evening by
DAX_CORRIN.... nothing more than a power trip, i was power
tripped by him that night along with at least 6 other players,
being kicked or banned because of his bad mood or whatever,
completely ruining the fun in the game upsetting many players i
see playing since i signed up in November 2016 never having any
problems. not sure what the issue is with him, but i've never
been banned or talked to like the by anyone on any server. im a
fair player who never cheats or swears.
DAX_CORRIN kicked me for using what he called "bad language"
responding to a comment made by another player on my team saying
"my Nipples were cold" he replied TMI and jokingly i
said are you sure, i have more if you'd like to hear... then
while sitting in a tank capping a flag i was kicked for bad
language.
i returned a few mins later and called him on his power trip
behaviour this evening, along with another respected player i've
seen for many months playing, and then i issued a message saying
BANNING...
Several other players were threatened or kick or banned within
the 2 rounds at Kubra Dam that evening, never seen anything like
it. can't see why this ban should be issued to me what so
ever. BF2 Population is thinning as it is, and fair players
like myself need to be allowed to play and joke around without
being banned because of a admins bad mood.
Never been Banned off any server on BF2 before... reputation
should speak for itself!

Topgun, you were the one talking about your nipples and I asked
you to keep that information to yourself, after taunting the
pilot of the bomber who "missed and missed and missed again"
and I asked you to respect the fellow players, then the comment
about the nipples. And then asking me if I was sure since you
had more. I had no idea where you were on the map or that you
were capping a flag.
Anyone else kicked was a direct result of their not following
the rules which scroll. Unprovoked uncap attack, commanders in
attack chopper or jet, team killing or forcing team kills for
parking jeeps in front of jets, et al.
The senior admins in this clan can make the decision but I
thought I would give my side of the story.
Other posts on this site clearly state that the server is run
with the rules clearly posted, this same way for years, and
everyone is welcome to play elsewhere if they don't like it, or
pay for their own server and run it the way they like.

DAX_CORRIN your reply is including factors irrelevant to why
I was banned and was issued no such warning for kick or ban
saying to a pilot who "missed and missed again"
I know the person piloting the F-15 was you or else how you
would have known I was referring to a bomber? Plus you were
spawn killing with the F-15 for the entire first round previous
to banning me. "missed and Missed again" comment had no
bearing on this ban what so ever, and is a distraction from the
actual incident that took place.
You were in an extremely bad mood and ruined a lot of players
fun and joking around at a "video game"
Also DAX_CORRIN you never asked me to "respect the fellow
players"... you said to me "do you really want to do this?" as a
threat showing your power as an admin. You have twisted facts of
what actually took place. Which is understandable since you had
a conflict with half the server last night.
The only thing you banned me for was because I called you out on
kicking me while I almost had that flag capped and you were on
the opposing team. Most of my team had a good a good laugh at my
response to a fellow player when i said "my nipples were cold"
but all you said to me was "TMI" and I jokingly said are you
sure, I have more? I guess no sense of humor should be added to
the rules list because the comment is hardly worth a ban!
I play by the rules, I don't cheat, don't swear, and I joke /
laugh with fellow players during the game ??? No other Alien
admin or any admin has ever had a problem with me ever, it's was
only you, and you were being ridiculous towards many players
last night.

I'm sure the log will be reviewed and senior admins can make a
determination. I will abide by their wishes. One of the rules is
to respect other players and admins. taunting by telling me I
missed over and over again is taunting. And, Kubra dam has no
MEC uncap so technically I couldn't base rape on that map.
Believe me I took my lumps when it was our turn to be MEC.

I have talked to Dax and looked at logs . Your ban was removed,
all bans are temp unless you do something to warrant otherwise .
I am good with his decisions trying to get control of the
server.

Hi! I was banned today and can not understand why? I think I
not did anything wrong. Please explain for what reason I was
baned and please unnban. Thanks!

According to the log it was for seatswaping and it is a temp
ban.
