Kraevu Traveler. You have come a long way to the city of
miracles. On behalf of the followers of Luuiae I would like to
welcome you. I hope you make the best of Colt's grand
cathedrals, massive markets, and abundant magic. Dragons be with
you wherever you go. -Grand Chancellor Kyla Verak
Welcome to Colt, the greatest city on earth. We hope that here,
you may find holy light and happiness with our city's fae. Seek
advice from our great Meralee oracles, and make sure that your
stay is a fruitful one – this is a once-in-a-lifetime
       chance. -First Ambassador Erik Jolson
Magic is a big part of our day-to-day life here at Colt, since
as long as you have enough magical energy, the possibilities are
basically limitless! Whether you're casting spells in magical
duels or just to help you around the house, magic is an amazing
tool. Magical skills are learned, not attained at birth, so
with dedication anyone could become a master magician. Some of
us use magical charms that store energy, either to channel more
complex spells or to provide us with an extra burst of energy
when we need it. Always remember to use magic responsibly,
though – casting spells leaves an energy residue that the
police force can use to catch you if you commit crimes! - James

((From chat: THIS IS A SHORT EXPLANATION. WHIPPED UP BY ME TO
EXPLAIN. I'll write a real history type article later.))
Luuiae is the name of a very early dragon that existed some 1200
years ago. The tribes of the area a few hundred miles south of
Colt found him and saved him from a the wrath of a group of
beasts. To repay them Luuiae taught them magic, enchantment, and
civilization. He lived and guided these tribes as they grew into
a city and a very populous group. Then all of a sudden, around
800 years ago, he vanished. No one found him, or any traces of
him. After a few decades he was presumed to be dead, but the
religion carried on. 100 years after that they found his dead
body strewn across a cliff some thousand miles eastwards of the
now sprawling city known as Colt. No one knows how he died. From
there more dragons were discovered and the Luuiae religion grew
very very strong and established it's practice and magical
technique. With the guidance of the dragons magic prospered and
more and more tribal barbarians were turned to the ways of
Luuiae and his followers. It went like that up until around a
       century ago.

       Short Explanation of Meralee
The Meralee have been around since humans could speak. The Fae
have guided every civilization in a way, and were around far
before any human was ever born. The formal Meralee church was
formed under that name around 2500 years ago. They grew several
small cities based on the worship of the Fae until the religion
decided to build a headquarters of sorts. They named the city
Colt and began building the markets and the palace. Around 50
years after the city was formed the followers of Luuiae showed
up and laid claim to the area directly east of the city and made
their own market and cathedral. The Meralee, as you would
imagine, were not pleased and attempted to rid the city of the
Luuiae. The one problem is the matriarchal tribal people had a
massive dragon on their side. The Meralee could not defeat
Luuiae and were eventually forced to share the city with the
Luuiae. Far after Luuiae's death the tension still remains and
for many Meralee the lizard-worshipers are still intruders on
       the land.
