In GSM there's a help and feedback page where you can submit
support requests. Is there any way to see the requests you've
sent?

I don't think there's a way to see submitted requests; you have
to wait for them to get back to you. It would be a convenient
feature, though...

The problem is, I sent them several support requests, and in one
they just asked a bunch of questions without hinting at which
one it was...so yeah.
